Vertical Detroit

Absolutely delicious food. From each section, I was pleasantly impressed each time. Focaccia bread, pork chop, and the cocoa creme brûlée is what I'd recommend to anyone!

Great service and food. Everything was great. It was a high quality dining experience. Not inexpensive but also not overpriced for the quality of service, food, and drinks. This is the place you take your woman for a night out and show her how much you love her and spend some money on a great experience. This was my first time there. Although we can never expected perfect service, that is exactly what we had. My wife whom I have taken to many nice restaurants said this was the best dinner date she had experienced.

We visited Wednesday night prior to attending a concert. Everything was amazing! The atmosphere is amazing and you feel like you’re walking into a different world.

Love love love! Love all the reclaimed pieces from the city of Detroit, the tile, the ceiling panels, the water lines, the tables! Food was incredible.

Very great place. The food was awesome, and the staff was great. I had the pork chop, and my husband had the filet.

The ambiance of Vertical gets you right as you enter the restaurant. Our dining was amongst wine bottles. It was intimate and cozy. Our waitress was knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Our meals were excellent! Our party of four agreed we need to come back!

My husband and I went here for our 17th Anniversary and had a lovely time. Our waitress Iesha was so good. She was busy but still checked in with us and made sure we were enjoying our dining experience. The manager, Gordon, also checked in with us a couple of times and was pleasant and accommodating.

Our food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the grape appetizer, it's like nothing I've had before.
My husband had the duck special and I had the filet and both were cooked and seasoned well.

We were pleasantly surprised when two desserts were brought out to us on the house. For our anniversary? I don't know, but it was so thoughtful. And by the way, if you want a dessert to die for, get the doughnut bread pudding. It's one of the best desserts I've had.
