Bought a nice jumper because that's all I could try on.
When asked why fitting rooms were closed staff just said sorry and continued serving. We asked if we could pop clothes on a rail and staff said "id rather you put them back" which we found pretty rude.
As someone who rarely fits in clothes from urban, it's a shame that there was 7 Items I loved but I couldn't try any of them on.

Fantastic store , lovely stuff, always tidy , lovely fitting room , clean and pleasant , always staff ready to help, fantastic customer services , made my purchase fast , very helpful staff , very polite , great management , just wondering about other reviews from where coming , love this store thank u all
This was the dirtiest and messiest Urban Outfitters I have ever been in! The first three/four metres into the shop were fine and the racks and floor were tidy but the further you went in the more clothes were on the floor and the more displays were messy. I went to try something on and the changing rooms were dirty with big clumps of dust on the floor and mucky doors and walls. The staff who were supposed to be supervising the changing rooms were busy talking to each other so customers were leaving clothes in the cubicals. Some of the plants in the home section were half dead as they clearly hasn't been watered in ages. A very disappointing visit to this particular store.
me and my friends came here after our final exam, sat down waiting for our friends who are buying stuff to try stuff on, women who seemed in a bad mood who was a worker comes over to us “can you guys move this is not a community center” as we are sat down where a big sofa and table is??? we come here ALL the time and sit there for hours at a time and nobody has ever had a problem with it. not sure if this person is having a bad day and taking it out onto everyone but someone needs to sort her out !!! 😡
Bought some lovely clothes. However staff worked at snail's pace and seemed more interested in talking to each other than customer service.
Awful and rude customer service staff. All look angry and annoyed to be working there. Customer service at every other store in that shopping Center other than urban outfitters has lovely polite staff. This stores staff is just rude and bitter. Whoever was working upstairs last night absolutely horrid!
was there yesterday and noticed today that one of the items i purchased isnt in the bag even though it's not something very small that could've gone unnoticed. on the receipt it even says that it got scanned. the girl that was at the checkout however was already in a miserable mood it seemed like and like she didnt even want to be there so i'm not sure if it was done on purpose or she really just forgot to put it in there but i'm really upset because i paid 30 pounds and cant even get a refund or get the same product for free. just very disappointing experience.
