I was really looking forward to going there this morning, but, was disappointed once I arrived. I had a one thousand dollars credit card and when I tried to purchase I was told it was only two hundred fifty dollars. That meant I could not purchase the gifts I wanted for my wife. After I pay this purchase off I will be looking for a new jewelry store to purchase gifts for wife. I will be spreading the word about Pandora. XXXX patron. Throughly Disappointed.

Nice store but the cashier took the hanger for a dress I need the very next day which greatly increases the chances of it getting wrinkled, just thrown into a bag - they need to teach the workers better

I normally don’t don’t write reviews, but I just want to say how terrible the workers are. They were incredibly rude and I will be telling friends and family to never shop there. Not to mention how poor quality the jewelry is. Everything in the color bar breaks a few days later. The stones fall out and the necklace chains snap. Terrible do not recommend

I bought my son a gold chain and letter charm December 2022. My son loved it and was happy. My son went went on a cruise over the summer and was wrestling and broke the necklace and charm was lost. I went back to jeweler and paid to get chain fixed, they didn't have the charm but said they were reordering it and would let me know when it came in. I received a email saying my order was ready, I waited 4weeks after that and only the chain was ready. They told me it will be there in another week. I received a email saying it was ready again, I waited three weeks after that to come back up there and the guy said it was not ready, it would be there by next Friday. I was pissed because Kenwood is far from me and they kept sending me misleading emails saying it was ready. I just recently bought a charm from another jeweler and my son put it on that same chain that was fixed by Luxe and it broke. So Luxe jeweler really couldn't fix the chain 4real and was not honest about it or honest about ordering a new charm. I will never step foot in that place again full of liars.

the employee who did my triple piercings should not be considered certified. he put the backs on so tight and they stayed like that for about a week before i realized that the reason i was still having so much pain was due to the blood getting cut off to that part of my ear. i woke up one morning with the earring literally stuck inside of my ear, and i ended up loosening both of them. im just thankful i dont have to let them close up, but seriously, take the training courses or whatever and actually care about doing it right or leave it to the professional piercers.

My husband picked out my engagement ring at jareds and we've had no issues with it. We went together to pick out a wedding band and it has been TERRIBLE. We got married in May, by July the first diamond had fallen out. A week after that, another diamond fell out. 3 diamonds had fallen out by mid August, when they sent it away to be redone. Flash forward to October and another diamond fell out. They replaced my wedding band with a brand new wedding bad, the exact same style. Within less than 48 hours, a diamond has fallen out. Jareds is an hour away from my house and the amount of money I've wasted driving back and forth is absurd. For 2000 dollars. Diamonds should not just be falling out constantly. I don't wear it to sleep, workout or shower. Only when I leave the house so for 6 to 10 hrs a day MAX. I will be getting this ring fixed nonstop because they will do nothing else for me. But I will never, and I mean NEVER, buy another product from a Jareds again. The people at this location are very friendly and I've not had any issues with them, but the products being sold are just kot worth the money being charged.

I took a Watch that was really hard to fix. I had been to three other jewelry stores, and Kay is the only one that was able to fix it for a low price. 10/10 would recommend.

It is the third time we have visited this store, the first 2 times we had a very good experience with wonderful service, but this third time was something different, the girl who served us was very rude and her service was not very good, I hope we will please have someone else attend on our next visit because we don't want Jazmine serving us again.

Do not get your ears pierced at this location let alone this company! Pay a little extra and go to a more reputable company. Colton, who said he was the manager, pierced my daughter's ears less than a week ago. He sounded like he knew what he was doing but failed to know that my daughter required a longer post earring. Colton said all their earring posts are the same length. Competitors offer multiple options since earlobes come in various sizes. He embedded the earring into her lobe so deeply with the gun that the earring head became sunken in the hole for nearly a week and caused the hole to become enlarged and get infected. For the other earlobe, the gun malfunctioned during the piercing causing excessive tugging and pulling to remove the backing that was stuck in the gun while in my daughter's ear! The cleaning solution they provided is a low end product that does not properly heal the piercing. This as well as the information about the post length and the faulty embedded earrings was the advice of an experienced piercer from another company who I went to see right before returning to Lovisa. Colton said this happens 1/50 clients. I would think they would do the right thing and provide better follow up customer service since they do not lose too much profit from this but basically what they were telling me is that you are getting your ears pierced at your own risk! Colton immediately said that since I signed the contract, I agreed to potential infection. I'm sure it didn't say infection due to incompetency on their part. Because of this experience with the customer service, the $61 of my daughter's hard earned money that should have been refunded is now costing them a lot more in future business. Hoss, the district manger, was on the phone with Colton while we were there but he failed to speak with me. So I emailed Hoss at the address provided. Colton said they received tons of email complaints so he's sure mine would get overlooked. Red flag? This location also doesn't have a phone#. Another red flag. Two days later Hoss called me and basically admitted no guilt and continually cited their policy not listening to the situational explanation. He verbalized more concern for the improperly trained employee instead of the paying customer. He contradicted the truth by saying Colton told him he was aware they have different sized posts but they may have been out of inventory. This is after I asked the Colton to provide my feedback to his corporate partners about getting earrings with longer posts and he said he offered many suggestions in the past but they never listen to him. I was told many times of what they can't do for us rather than what they could do for us even though they are at fault for mutilating my daughter's earlobes!

Would have been nice to have a local Kate Spade to shop at but after stopping in on a lunch break, I'll be sure to order from their site. I collect the novelty bags and have a wide range of them, making it a goal to obtain obscure, retired bags. I stopped in lookup for summer themed items for a trip to Hawaii. The associate obviously wanted nothing to do with me. When she uttered the words, "you'll have to stop back in soon," while I was speaking to her I knew it was best to put business elsewhere. A company like Kate Spade should have better associates. I could have purchased the lemon novelty bag while there. Oh well. Do better Kate Spade. What a wasted lunch when I was supposed to be buying some things for a trip.

I just wanted to checkout few designs before deciding what to buy. The moment I walked into store I felt followed, pressured and held up by a lady associate. Seems like she was too greedy for promotion for selling an item. She didn’t accepted online promotion and kept on saying we don’t accept it, when online it did say valid in stores. She just hurried up through everything and just kept on asking me to add more stuff so she could get more commission. I think I am good shopping online better than this rude associates

Went in with more charms left out with less. They offered to clean my bracelet after a purchase and once I left and got home I noticed that one of my Harry Potter charms were missing. I’m very upset about this because there is no way for it to fall off because the hole is in the middle of Hermione Granger’s head. I called up there and they said they checked and couldn’t find anything and to call the manager today to look at the camera to see where it fell off which is very helpful but in the event that it’s not found then how do I get it replaced? I only say this same charm on pandora’s outlet website so it can be replaced. If this goes bad I will no longer be a pandora customer.

HUGE shout out to Mandy! I am completely blew away by the kindness she showed my daughter and myself. We explained we were there to replace a necklace for my daughter and Mandy went above and beyond. I left speechless to be honest and didn’t know that kind of customer service still existed. I have not been able to stop telling my friends and family about our experience. The store basically only sells earrings and body piercings, but you can’t return earring or body piercings even if you haven’t opened the package.

Purchased a necklace for my mom to replace one that was lost. I called to order over the phone and received great customer service from Emily! I had an issue with my CC and she called back to let me know and run through the transaction again. I’ve been to this store many times and the employees have always been lovely and very helpful.

I visited this store over the summer on a REALLY hot day and the store's AC system was dunzo. Of course with the way things are these days, it wasn't able to be replaced for a week or so, I believe. The store manager and the other employee were just so nice and unbelievably dedicated to be at work that day with how hot it was. They had fans going and were trying their hardest to do the job the best they could under the circumstances, all while showing smiles on their faces. Fast forward to this past weekend (Fall) when I visited the store, I was able to see the office manager again, Andrea. She is just a breath of fresh air! And the store is AMAZINGLY organized and so welcoming. Thanks again to Andrea and her staff. The LOFT organization is very lucky to have someone like these sweet people working for their company!

They have a terrible return policy. My bracelet broke after 2 weeks and they would not exchange it or fix it because I did not have the original receipt.

Super cute store! It's like a Claire's for adults. I like it more than Icing because the jewelry is more relevant and tasteful. Ranges $5-30 with fun sales. I had a great experience and left with a bagful of rings!

Went to get 50% off for my birthday gift and the customer service was AMAZING!! Vivian was the employee that helped my mom and I and she was so wonderful! After visiting Dillards, Macy’s, Nordstrom, and just about every other store at the Kenwood mall, I lost hope that I would find a dress for an upcoming wedding. When someone recommended Windsor, they exceeded my expectations. The prices were exponentially more affordable, yet the dresses were just as beautiful as the ones I saw at the other stores I just wish they had more styles/sizes. The best thing about this store is their employees. I spoke to a very kind employee named Amy who helped pick out several dresses in order to help me decide. She was patient, sweet, and genuine. I’ve worked in retail before and I know when someone just wants the sale. This was not the case with her, I could tell she genuinely cared about helping me find a dress I was happy with. She is the number one reason I will be returning in the future. (I actually ended up buying two dresses because of her!) give that woman a raise!

Now I’m stuck with a bunch of earrings that I don’t want and was explicitly told would be returnable. I would NOT have purchased ANY earrings if I had known of the policy, which was why I asked in the first place. Further, am I not to trust an associate before a purchase to know the return policy of the store they work in?!

My 25th wedding anniversary is next month. My wife has earned something as beautiful as she is. I am not a frequent jewelry shopper so I started the process almost a year ago. I looked at more than a hand full or jewelry stores. Most places did not want to help me if I was that far away from a purchase. Hanna showed me options from a picture my wife had text me. I had no idea there were that many options for rings. Hanna stayed in contact with me over the months. I took my wife into the store on Sunday. Hanna was off, but Andrew was able to help in her stead. Andrew was exceptionally patient with our ignorance and indecision. I bet we looked at 25ish rings of different styles. My wife finally landed on the perfect ring for her. They had it sized correctly that afternoon. Sorry for the long review. The employees of Jared in Kenwood kept in touch, are knowledgeable, patient, friendly. I'm very satisfied.

We came to shop at the mall from out of town to meet my daughter and went into forever 21 and they closed the dressing rooms because they were short staffed but had all the outside doors wide open! The manager was rude and said she had to while she folded clothes and I stated how can we try stuff on to buy? She shrugged her shoulders! I told her I won’t be coming back there to spend my money! We then walked right into Windsor and I went right up to Brandi and asked if there dressing rooms were open she said yes always! I explained what had and she was so willing and helpful! We ended up buying 2 beautiful dresses for graduation and a party! The cashier was also so very helpful too! Highly recommend Windsor beautiful clothes!

Sales women were very sweet and helpful. The store was very clean and organized. I ended up purchasing another handbag as well as a wallet while I was there. I really love the brand. The handbags and wallets were all from the current Spring '22 line. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend.

I believe this is a new store in the mall. They have some really cute jewelry for reasonable prices. You can find an accessory for almost any event here. I got both of the accessories in the photo for $31.98.

I've had several positive shopping experiences with Kendra Scott and believe their products are good quality. This review is focused on the wonderful experience I had this weekend though. I had a private Color Bar jewelry party for my wedding party to choose their jewelry for our wedding day. I planned it about a month in advance and their staff member Kaitlyn did an incredible job. We had an entire hour to ourselves before the mall opened, they had a custom welcome sign for me, mimosas and snacks for us all, and were SO helpful as everyone made their choices. They wrapped everything up beautifully, as always. I highly recommend any bride having a jewelry party if you want to your girls in Kendra Scott on the big day!

Fast and efficient which is saying a lot for a Christmas Eve shopping visit. The store was packed. But they did a good job of taking names and metering the number of people that were in the store at one time. Everyone waited outside until their name was called and then they got help from a salesperson and they were on their way. This was definitely a better system than "I was here before that person" etc.

The ladies here are fantastic!! Super friendly, outgoing, very helpful. They helped me find my bag and a matching wallet. They encouraged me to "try it on", they helped with finding a wallet by suggesting I see if it fit with the purse and in the purse. Just amazing all around.

I am incredibly dissatisfied with your hiring staff. While my retail experience is a few years behind me, working in bridal and apparel, I wasn't even offered an interview. Not only was I denied an interview but my customer service experience of 16 years wasn't enough to warrant, at least, a phone call. It seems really unfortunate for your company to not have better standards in what a good employee could look like. Every job I've had, I've held for years and I have always been a remarkable employee. I strive for perfection and meet every goal set before me. I would no longer be interested in working for a company that has no interest in training and at least offering an opportunity to someone trying to make a career change. It truly is Swarovski's lost and from the staff you have in your stores, it seems like you could have really benefited from someone outside of your normal social constructs. I will not be recommending or shopping this company again.

Loosing their edge on jewelry . To depend on Amazon not a good idea, related to they use different stores . Great keeping bussiness in US , however quality will vary depending on store . Exp i would purchase a necklass that was .5carat . Best one ever . When I reordered the same , they sent the 1 size Karat instead . The larger a jewelry karate , the less sparkle .

I was really impressed with only having two employees there to handle a busy Wednesday before Mother's day. i didn't get there names but they should be commended even when some customers were becoming impatient and even looking in front of me constantly they kept their composure and kept it together. I work in customer service as well reps don't get the credit they deserve sometimes by exercising patient and having to multi task no matter the situation

Very great experience! I've never bought from the actual Michael Kors store! I've bought from stores who also sell MK such as Macy's. I love the new MK purse I bought today! Ben was very helpful! He was also very knowledgeable on the products couldn't! I couldn't decide between two purses and he was nice enough to let me think about it and he put them on hold, until I came back and was ready to purchase! Very sweet of him! Great staff and good quality purses!

Store is always a mess (sizes not in order, clothes not in order, clothes in fitting rooms, etc.) and sales associates are always rude (they don't wait on you, won't help you find what you're looking for, etc.). I drove 45 minutes for new items they had in stock but found out upon arrival that they had not been put out on the floor. The sales associates could not be bothered to look in the back for the items saying "they didn't know what box they would be in but you can come back next weekend". Very poor service.

I had the most amazing experience there. I will not go into it all because it is a very long story but to sum it up.... I could not afford a purse from there and was just looking around with my18 year old amazing son and then to my disbelief he bought me a Michael Kors purse from there!!! It was the most amazing thing I was filled with emotions and crying (to say the least) The staff was very friendly and helpful and nice and the lady that took care of us was amazing and came over and gave me a hug. It was just a great experience at the Kenwood Mall location. I will cherish my purse forever. Thank you. 🤗

This store has great customer service! I bought a purse at an outlet mall almost a year ago, between 6 and 8 months... It started to come apart at a seam and I was looking to get it repaired. They took my purse, gave me a box to put my stuff in and shipped it out right then! A week or so later, i got a brand new purse in the mail! None of this cost me a dime and the purse was on a great sale when I bought it! Their product may cost extra but they stand behind it. This was the first time I've had an issue with anything I bought there and I have a few items. Amazing! Thanks guys!

I recently visited this location to purchase my first handbag from Kate Spade, but unfortunately, upon arriving, the four staff members didn't even seem to be bothered to greet me. I walked around the store for about 10 minutes still determined not to let it bother me, but the staff just seemed too consumed in gossip to help me (the only customer). As a result, I took my business elsewhere.

This store is awesome. I was looking for a gift for my bridemaids and they were extremely helpful. I couldn't find what I wanted in the store, so they ordered it online for me and let me pick it up later. Everything was wrapped when I got it and my bridesmaids loved their gift. The associate at this store that helped me was so happy for me that she even sent me a note to my house to thank me for stopping by and congrats on my wedding. Highly recommend!
