Our stay at this Hotel was amazing!
Mr Abdullah at reception was assisted as smoothly with all of the request he never failed to serve as with a smile. Also he gave room upgrade for free of cost.
The room had the most breathtaking views of the city. The room was large and The hotel's location was also great.
The highlight, of course, was the stunning rooftop pool. The panoramic views of the city skyline from this vantage point were mesmerizing.
Breakfast was also very nice.

Highest view restaurant the ambience is welcoming and charming. Mr Ali is really friendly and remarkable the main priority of the staff is to make guest happy they gave us amazing experience. Steak was amazing and delicious highly recommended it and will definitely come back again.

The room had the most breathtaking views of the city. The room was huge, it had a small couch space, a kitchen, dressing table and full length mirror as well. The hotel's location was also great.
The highlight, of course, was the stunning rooftop pool. The panoramic views of the city skyline from this vantage point were mesmerizing. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the Dubai sunset.
The one aspect that could be improved are – the elevators. The lifts were notably slow, and not all of them serviced all the floors, leading to extended wait times. The frequent delays in getting an available elevator, became our constant source of frustration. Waiting for 30-45 minutes for a lift to go up or down was a considerable inconvenience, and it impacted the otherwise seamless experience. I hope the hotel management considers addressing this issue to enhance the overall guest experience.
Despite this drawback, the exceptional views of Dubai makes it a luxurious must-stay.

Manager Ali assisted as smoothly with all of the request he never failed to serve as with a smile! The salmon, exquisitely seasoned and flawlessly cooked, melted in the mouth. The baby chicken was tender, bursting with flavors that left a lasting impression. And the sweets? Pure bliss! Each dessert was a work of art, blending creativity with heavenly taste. Definitely will come back!
Highest view restaurant is quite good. Special attention care from supervisor Mr. Ali he made us feel right at home. Loved his genuine touch of hospitality, Servers were courteous and friendly. Steak was very tasty and pretty good.

It was a great Christmas dinner at Highest view restaurant. The Manager Mr. Ali was a wonderful. We were welcomed warmly and he really did go out of his way to accommodate our requirements and stay comfortable to indulge our dinner. overall service was excellent. The food was extremely delicious and well presented. This was a pleasant experience.
