Avoid this place if you want to keep a good mood... It was a nice place with kind staff, but that's no longer the case. Unprofessional, rude front desk (ESPECIALLY NATALIA). I felt like I was in Jurassic World in front of the predators.They say one thing on the phone, and another when you're there. Worst customer service I have ever seen. They can't even apologize for their fault, instead, they will argue and claim that it is the customer's fault. For OWNER: It is all about your FRONT DESK(face of your clinic), doctors are professional and doing great!

Had a very positive experience starting from my initial enquiries to the eventual completion of my I-693 requirements. Clear process, speedy turnaround, all appropriate advice received, and all at a great costs. I made a short drive but for city folk, it’s minutes from the station. Would 100% recommend.

I had major problems dealing with other medical office trying to certify for immigration. Came here for half the price that I had already paid in Riverwoods and got everything taken care of. Highly recommend. Irina the nurse was extremely nice and cooperative

I am always amazed at the amount of time and attention given to me any time I have an appointment, whether in person or telehealth. I’m never rushed and Catherine Lee, NP, remembers details from every visit and truly makes me feel cared for. I feel lucky to have her as my main healthcare provider.

As usual, I feel like my concerns and needs were heard and I received the best care from the Oakton Health Center.

I was very pleased with the care I received at Oakton Health Center by both the staff and Dr. Paz. I would highly recommend this medical group to anyone who is looking for a Dr./care team.
