Publix Pharmacy at Southdale Shopping Center

I was in a rush to beat traffic back to Ft Lauderdale. My mother just had her teeth taking out. Was told that I would have to return after 3pm for my script. Kara being awesome as she is could see the stress I was carrying and got my script filled fast even on her lunch break. Kara was very polite and very helpful. She took one for the team. Thank you Kara!!!!! I’ll be sure to Pay it Forward Kara.

The pharmacy manager, Carol, is exceptional. In spite of the pandemic and how busy they are, I asked her if they carried Absorbine Jr as my liniments were causing severe pain. She walked me to where they carry similar ointments and suggested one. For something selling under $4, I had qualms about success but because she went out of her way so much to help, I didn't want to appear unappreciative. A half hour after application, most of the pain had dissipated and 2 days later it was a none issue; such a pity that I waited so long. Good job, Carol.
