An exceptional experience, so much so it was our second visit in 3 days. The 10% discount for a second visit came as a total bonus.

A lovely welcome, spotlessly clean, fantastic staff (arguably my best ever massage) and in our opinion incredible value.

If you're undecided about which Hammam and massage experience you're looking for then definitely give these lovely people a try, you'll not be disappointed.

Highly recommend! The staff are all very lovely, greeted us with warm smiles. I had the Mythic classic treatment and loved every minute of it! My skin is now super soft and it was a relaxing experience. I'm looking forward to my next visit. 5 stars

Definitely pricey and the welcome staff is either not friendly or know limited English - I couldnt figure it out. Staff is skilled. Process moved fast. Book in advance. Very accessible. Restaurants near by should you want to grab food after the treatment! The facility was clean but small. Recommended when in Marrakesh.

One thing I told the manager already are the massage beds: the hole used for the face did not fit well and felt uncomfortable. They should improve this!

Please don’t make the mistake to come to this really average place for you Hammam you get treated like you’re a pain and they don’t care about customer care. They rushed us so much and I felt like I was in a prison where I had to follow orders because I was being tortured. The service was terrible and felt like they were trying to cut corners n especially the lady at the reception was the worst with her tone. We had made special requests before when we booked and none of these were taken into account. Our grind had to wait 30 mins because they couldn’t accommodate all of us at the same time. It was a very poor experience seeing that there are so many Hammam options available closer. But we went on the good reviews from before so we thought it was worth it. But don’t make the same mistake to go as far as we did for this. It was just an average experience n though we were many of us and they earned so much from us they made us feel as if we were getting everything for free n doing us a favour but let me tell you nothing was free. We felt so unwelcome n wouldn’t ever go there again even if it was free. Also I’m not one to write negative reviews but this was definitely not it.

The best Hammam and massage in Town.
I went with my husband and we felt cuddled fromt he first step in this hammam. They allowed us to take an amazing and real break from the chaos of the medina!
It is quite expensive with respect other hammam, but i can ensure you that it worth it because we tried also other

Very upscale and nice spa in the middle of Marrakech. There's a lot of packages to choose from and we went for the Mythic dream which I highly recommend. The hammam was a bit rough but you definitely feel relaxed afterwards. The messages and the facials were lovely and we even got treated with lemon water and tea.
