Since McDonald's has closed in this mall , Tim's has doubled its business in this location but they have not doubled the staff . On a Sunday 2: 45 stayed on line up for 15 minutes. They were still 10 people ahead of me so I left .

I visited this place on 8th Jan 2024. I was in the queue and when my turn came I just wished him asking how was your day, he replied in a harsh way that I have other people to attend give me your order. Please teach your employees to first greet customers, business and money comes next. His name is Shivam( the specs guy)

The worst service i ever got. I am regular customer. I ordered bagel from them and the sri-lankan lady used the same gloves which she touched the beef to make my order she was not supposed touch the beef and when i told the manager he started fighting with me in a very bad tone. Totally not professional. He started telling she can do it. He himself doesn’t see that even if u want to adjust meat on sandwich u should use tongs but she used hands. Very very bad.

When I tell the staff to redeem my offer (free coffee for ‘scan and pay’, a sir with a pair glasses turned on my points to redeem and scan. My points were gone and the offer was ‘used’. When I returned and told him, a female staff told that they could do nothing for me and they were not familiar with the app so I shouldn’t let them to give instruction??? Now I lost my 500 points and I had to wait at least half-an-hour more to get my true-real-coffee! Dislike this app and the staff! Not recommend!

If I could give a zero I would. Worst customer service ever. They gave me 5 pieces of potatoes and rest was crumbs I asked for her to change it and she said they are all like that

This location is very disorganized. You pay for the food and need to stand in the corner to wait for the food. This location have very large line up of people. When the food is finished. people who ordered the same item can't distinguish who the food belongs to. The employees here is no help. Everyone exept the manager is mute. Wouldn't even say hello back. Talk about disrespect.

Two drinks took 20 minutes to make and had to ask about the mobile order to get my order noticed and made. Iced cap did not taste like an iced cap. Worst experience of a Tim’s.
