I am so impressed with the caring and professionl service given by Mary, the nurse in the clinic. I went for a cervical smear today and this was by far the best experience I have with the same procedure for so many years. Her explanation was clear and her technique was excellent. She is compassionate and a great listener. I would like to say thanks again and wish her all the best.

I have known Dr Fred for more than 5 years. He is very thorough, genuinely cares about his patents and very kind. He manages my parents' health very well. We had covid during Christmas an new year holiday. He called us everyday to check our status until our results become negative.

For two months, I had a condition that I thought was insignificant until last Friday when it began to worsen. With little notice, I urgently contacted Dr. Fred for an appointment. Once he examined me, he quickly took action by reaching out to two hospitals to ensure I received prompt care. I was moved to tears witnessing the dedication and effort he put into persuading Auckland Hospital of the seriousness of my illness. Dr. Fred's commitment to his patients is unmatched, and I am grateful to have him as my doctor.

I wish I had known Dr Fred 5 years ago when we moved to Massey. He is very thorough, genuinely cares about his patients and very kind. When I went to see him last week, I felt really looked after.
