The park is beautiful,
Positive : the natural landscape are amazing. If we are organised is possible to see everything, doing the rivers swimming is very easy and takes about 45 minutes. The final show is amazing production, very beautiful. We can take photos at the public machines spread throughout the park ( we can buy the photos in the beginning or end of the visit for around 110USD)
Negative: snorkeling space are very small
I dint like the extra activities as swim with turtles, dolphins or shark's, their habitat in the park are very reduced and we can felt they are not happy ( is sad to see).
The final show can have less time ( 2 hours is a litlle bit long).
The prices are around 121USD per adult person without lunch and 165USD with luch included.

A bit disappointing. The park looks pretty and is well maintained, but it's a bit boring and mediocre at best.
Basically it's like a zoo where you can swim and pay for some extra activities. The information (both on the website and on the park) is limited and incomplete. The staff is not very helpful. At the river entrance the staff member told us all 3 routes are the same, but that doesn't seem to be true.
There are some animals, but not enough to make it an interesting zoo.
There are some performances, but you have to be lucky find one at the right time.
There are some other sights, but nothing that impressed us much.
The food was good. No complaints about that!

Loved this place! Really wasn’t sure what to expect before going but it’s a really huge theme park that you can easily get lost in. It’s massive. We spent all day there and I feel like we only scratched the surface of what there is to see and do. Make sure if you go, you make it a whole day and stick around for the big show at night. It was incredible. Little bit of music and dance from every region in Mexico with a lot of history. Going way back to Mayan times. I’d go again in a heartbeat and I’d also like to check out some of their other parks.
It's a really nice place. It is pricey but is good. It is a full day activity since it is really big. So I plan to be here from 8am to 10pm. They have about 5-7 restaurants around the area. You can see birds and butterflies as well they have the sea area where you can see the turtles and sharks. The restaurant is buffet style with lots of options. The park is full and is very hot so I do not recommend it for little kids. I saw a lot of kids crying about being tired of walking as well as being hot.
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! The show at the end is worth watching. You will NEVER regret visiting here!!

Visited this park on the last day of our vacation. This would be perfect for those folks with kids. It’s built mainly around 3 rivers that run through the park. If you are not planning to enter the river, then you might feel that the entrance fee is too expensive as the land activities are not that great. There’s an aviary and a butterfly pavilion which were nice. There was a horse show which was nice. The espectacular night show was amazing and beautiful performances by all the artists. Would definitely recommend staying for this show. Overall, the entrance fee seemed pricey for what the park offers.
Loved this park and cannot wait to go back! It was adventure, culture and sooooo much to do. I definitely needed to stay for a few days but I went as part of a cruise excursions and it just wasn't enough time. My guide Javier was AMAZING! He's so kind and helpful. I love their idea for a picture package, but I wish that I would know where they would be so I can prep. Lots of my pictures were no good but still a phenomenal experience. Already planning a trip in the next few years to stay longer.
