I had very nice Strong hot Coffee, had yummy pazhyam pori I ordered 1 and got 5 more parcel,I tried chicken puff chicken roll and parceled boneless chicken 65 and chicken lollipop. Everything was nice. I will visit this place next vacation and I recommend you to try food and snacks from here.

As the shop was near ksrtc busstand, we opted it for dinner... The experience we had was very pathetic. We ordered porotta with kadai chicken, after a half an hour wait finally we got the dish... The chicken was not at all cooked well. We got almost raw meat with blood remainings..
Further we complained and the action was cold. They took it back and replaced the same by adding two chillichicken pieces. The remaining pieces except the new ones was same as before.
The more disappointing thing is that the reaction from the suppliers and the receptionist was not satisfactory.We left this shop by sharing our complaint and by refusing the offer of Rs.100 by the receptionist.Atleast we expected an apology.

i Recently visited KR BAKES near palakad ksrtc bus stand. walkable distance from ksrtc bus stand. and tried Chicken briyani & beef briyani rate was 170 & 180. beef briyani was good. but chicken briyani was very cheap quality the chicken was not well cooked feels like eating boiled chicken without any masala 🤮. i won't visit again there 🙏👍. cheap quality and HIGH price 👎

Unexpected find for me. I never expected that you could enjoy such a good right beside palakkad KSRTC 🚌 STAND. It was my brother's idea to go there, the best 💡 idea ever. I had a really good meal.

They did close up their upstairs dining area, still there's ample table's. With the limited space they offer AC and non AC dining areas. From light snacks to a full meal they have everything.

As a tea lover their black tea 🍵 was one of the best. With that I had a chicken briyani, it was well cooked and seasoned. It was tasty 😋 .

Uncooked chappathi and curry served by a steward and they are unable to cook the food,if they do it will be harden.very usprofessional staff working with the KR brand.Informed the same to the guy who sat in cash counter.He is not bothering about these kind of matters.Thank you KR for keeping the customer's stomach Upset.👌

Only Walkable distance from KSRTC Bus stand. Ambiance wise it's good. Price wise little bit high. Food quality is average. Customer service is "Okay" they are taking too much time to take order.
