My 1st experience here at the Tennessee waffle house?
Well, the food and service were great until this young fat bright lady with glasses started talking loud about a subject that shouldn't have been discussed out loud, especially in front of customers while eating. The mangerment or team leader found it funny for some reason, but it wasn't . It was ghetto and unprofessional. I even asked the young lady talking what she was looking at when she looked at me. Moments after that, everything got quiet. The young lady disappeared, and everyone got back to work. My waitress was perfect and very professional and i want thank her too. The tea was great too. On my next visit I'll just do a pick-up with two large tea's with 🍋 .

Just left and wanted to make sure I left a review immediately, so the staff knew who I was talking about. I forgot to ask names unfortunately. But, this was one of the best experiences i have had at waffle house. The staff was so nice and friendly. They were relaxed and having a good time. The food was fantastic. Best waffles I have had at waffle house so far. Marking this one down to go to every time I'm in town.

Simple uncomplicated menu options. Would not consider this a go-to foe myself, but they seem to have plenty of regulars. Open 24/7.

Best service ever!
Within a walking distance from my hotel, food came out quick and super fresh and Jeanine (I think that’s her name) it’s the sweetest person!

Will definitely come back every day I’m in town

I had the absolute worst experience at this Waffle House location. They were super busy at about 12 am, so I decided to place a to-go order thinking it would be done sooner. I placed my order and paid and waited. About 30 minutes later, I stepped up to ask about my order and Cass said "we're working on it" so I asked for a glass of water. She suspiciously asked me "Is that all?". I waited another 30 minutes... And then stepped up again (keep in mind everyone was very good at ignoring me when I would try and make eye contact). She completely forgot she took my order over an hour before and took another 10 min to check for it once I gave her my receipt. This was such a ridiculous experience where I was gaslit by the staff. The food (blueberry waffles and scrambled eggs) was just mediocre as well. Despite it being the only place around, I would not recommend coming here.

This location was spotless and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. With some great service the food was good and yes we ordered from the secret menu the t-bone steak 🥩 !

All Waffle Houses are the same as far as layout. What stood out about this one is the entire crew. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and just fabulous. It was amazing to see them all work so great together. Great communication. You can tell they all enjoy working together and love their customers. If I lived out here this would be a regular place for me. The food was cooked with love and I enjoyed every last bite.
