This Zumiez store is nice. Very open and easy to navigate. The staff is always super friendly and help me with the best deals. They have a large selection of clothing products for every season and so many sales. They also have a great show selection and plenty of boards in stock. The entire skateboard section always seems fully stocked with great materials. They have boards of every size and shape. Always a stop for us.
My granddaughter lives this place but I am not impressed. We paid almost $80for a sweatshirt and $50 for 2 tshirts that were on "sale". The couch at the front of the store is filthy and disgusting. While we were there the cashier got in a fight with a customer and they were screaming and yelling and swearing. One of the employees ran for security and all of us customers backed away from the register as no one took control of the situation. As a matter of fact, the guy who was cashiering just kept yelling at the customer and followed her out into the mall, yelling at her.
Came in today to get grad gifts for our best friend. V was a very helpful associate and her energy was super welcoming. She wrapped up our gifts and kept good conversation easily!! will definitely come back to this location more to shop!!!
Sadly girl behind checkout counter was very blah and didn't seem to care if we were there. Poor customer service. To many options in Las Vegas. Do not recommend. To the owner there are a lot of great people hungry for a job!!!!
Loved everything in this store and wanted to get it all!! Very kind employees and they were super helpful! It was a very neat store compared to other zumiez' I've been to, there was lots of room to get around and everything was neatly folded and placed! Great music choice and I enjoyed the overall vibe of the store! :))
The customer service here is really good at this location. The sales associates are knowledgeable and friendly and try to get the customers the best deal possible within there capabilities that create a returning customer base. I'll definitely be doing my snowboarding shopping here. Awesome experience
I am a stand up comedian in Vegas known for putting on character based comedy and these guys helped me out tremendously getting the right clothes for a character I was playing. Thank you Mikaela and Micah for all the help!
