We ordered the shio and miso ramen but both broths tasted so bland with hardly any flavor, tasted like mildly salted water with oil and noodles. Gyoza were plump and juicy and the highlight of the meal. Waitress was rude and impatient as well.

Not sure if we just ordered the wrong thing and should’ve went for the premium tonkatsu ramen, MIGHT be back.

The store is very clean.
The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming.
The ramen was also delicious. And the gyoza was delicious! Next time I want to eat fried chicken.

Yummy! Delicious ramen and gyoza. Will be coming back for the tonkotsu with home made noodles! Also no wait and lovely staff.

Got the Shoyu ramen, Shio Ramen and Gyoza bento. Mixed reviews by our party. My wife thinks the ramen is very good and likes the chewiness of the noodles. And the Gyoza has a nice and crispy wrapper but the filling is just okay. Nothing wrong with the Gyoza but could be more flavourful.

Big space with tables well spaced, could fit 50% more tables. Probably seats about 20-25.

Other notes:
Parking 1 block away is $2 per hour. Big vegetarian menu. People working here were speaking Japanese and had kind service.

Meanwhile the place is clean and the atmosphere is nice and quiet, it got ruined by the service and the food.

My friend arrived there earlier than me and got a table. While she was waiting for me, the waitress told her "we cannot hold the table for too long when it gets busy." I rushed to get there, then throughout our meal, it was not busy at all.

I needed a chair for my loaded backpack and my jacket. The waitress told me that they cannot let me use an extra chair because the other customers need the chair when it's gets busy and I can hang them to wall hanger instead, which is not a solution for my heavy bag. During the rest of our meal, these tables remain empty and these chairs remain available. It did not get busy. She could have let me use an extra chair without troubling other customers.

The soup base of my shio ramen is watery, but at least the egg and cha shu are tender. My friend said her miso ramen is okay. The size is also small for $16, but then again I did not want to finish it anyways. This is the most unenjoyable bowl of ramen I had in my life so far.

After we finished eating. The waitress took the bowls away and immediately give us the bill and left the credit card machine on our table without asking us if we need the bill, if we want to split the bill, and if we are paying by credit card. My friend paid the bill immediately and left the restaurant without asking why, because obviously "it will get busy later so you have to go right now"

It did not get busy at all.

Really great ramen! I would go again. Unfortunately the portions were small but still filling and you have the option to add extra noodles once you’re finished 3/4th for 2.50$.

The experience from strictly a food perspective: the ramen here is done quite well. Ordered premium tonkotsu ramen. Thick noodles option - chewy, firm and tasty. Chasiu flavourful, right amount of fat. Good, rich broth. Overall enjoyable. Other points: very limited, still COVID style spaced seating. At time of review, only one server working, slow service. Average price. Decent gyoza.
