Great airport. One of the best airports that I have seen.
People are very courteous and polite. It's very clean and well maintained.
Even their bathrooms are very clean and well stocked.
It is not very crowded like some other large airports.
I wish they had some more pictures or art from Japan.

A well-planned, effective airport. There are lots of airport services staff at the airport helping the travelers who direct you through immigration and customs.

Before traveling to Japan, we created the QR code using "Visit Japan Web" (check the official site for latest) and passing through immigration and customs was quick.

You can obtain a local SIM card after passing customs, and there are tourist information desks for trains, the airport, and tourism within the airport.

The airport has a wide range of train and bus services which is convenient for travelers.

This is a well designed airport and there are many great eating facilities OUTSIDE of security. The airport although in full swing does not have a lot of dining options past security, so I would recommend eating before going through security. As always though, there is a high level of cleanliness and service that happens air side and I hope to use this airport again.

Haneda International Airport is an exceptional travel hub that seamlessly blends efficiency with a touch of Japanese hospitality. The modern facilities, impeccable cleanliness, and efficient layout make navigating through the airport a breeze. From the moment you step in, the courteous staff ensures a warm welcome, and the array of shops and dining options cater to diverse tastes. The well-designed terminals and efficient transportation connections contribute to a stress-free travel experience. Haneda truly exemplifies Japan's commitment to excellence in air travel.

It was my first time flying to Haneda airport. It is a mid size airport with easy access to ground bus transportation that takes you to downtown, Disney land, or take train and transit to adjacent district.
Airport has good restaurant option, shops to buy from grocery to electronics.
One thing I like the most is that they even got fruit stand after passing security check point, for those fruit lovers don’t miss out

One of the nicest and politest airports i have been to. Not as big as other international airports but has all the amenities you need.

Airport staff were great in accommodating our requests and were quick in responding.

Tons of food options before checking in and at the gates, some of which work almost round the clock.

The airport lounge is quite wide with tons of seats and charging ports. I especially enjoyed the outdoor viewing area where you can see the planes landing, taking off and taxying.

Beautiful, well-managed airport. Extremely clean and well-kept! All of the information kiosks are fully-staffed with knowledgeable people. I did not have trouble finding anything at all. Just know that if you're traveling from outside of Japan the only ATMs that will take your non-Japanese cards are going to be the 7 Bank (7-11) ATMs which are located in multiple places!

There's so many good food options, fancy stores once you get past security, and helpful people and amenities everywhere. There's even showers for long-haulers. I love the lockers because I was able to store my backpack while I went out to explore during my long layover. The only problem with this is that you can only pay with coins so I went and bought a few things to get change. Not a big deal. It was super cheap and useful!

The train and monorail both run through here and can take you into town. Great cheap and quick options for those of you that don't have a bunch of luggage. The staff is really helpful in getting you booked and to your destination.

I also accidentally fell asleep at my departure gate with headphones in and the staff made sure to wake me up and get me on my plane! Amazing customer care!
