Worst bank every. My VISA card was stolen and they refuse to credit one transaction for $1000 back! Taking them to small claims court!

Our daughter just went down to this branch, excited to open her first Roth IRA account with the earnings after her freshman year of college. The representative was so dismissive and condescending to her, she just walked back into our apartment in tears. She went there to get investment advice and instead got insults and mockery for her lack of knowledge, being told to just do it online.
Well, if everything can be done online, then this rep clearly doesn't need his brick and mortar job - we're heading down to the branch right now to help with that.

Was so lied to by the rep Mike Guzzi. He tried to steal business from me. A formal complaint was already filed with the manager Greg Murphy. Last I checked the dishonest rep was still there. Guess Greg Murphy doesn’t care his rep being dishonest as long as he sells. Hope they are all out of work now with Covid and the company hires ethical reps next time.

very bad experience talking to front desk guy. His attitude is basically we hope you find all the information online from td's website.

I went in to get help with an account about 10 minutes before closing. I was not sure if they would be able to help me with what little time there was left in the day. The person who helped me, Richard was very thorough, patient and provided a lot of information. I left very impressed with the company from that interaction.

Waiting to drop off my ira check. 40 mins past, and I am still waiting. Poor customer services. There is no clear sign saying where the waiting line is. Don't come to this branch.
