Horrible experience. My husband had severe chest pain and could barely breathe. The incompetent doctor just patted him on the back and told him it was back muscle strain and to go home. His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and highly dismissive, which for some cases could be incredibly dangerous, considering that the next day we went to a different clinic where my husband was properly diagnosed with severe pneumonia and pleurisy and hospitalized for a week. Never going there again. Save your precious time and energy.

I came as a patient who was vomiting blood but they just decided I'm not "urgent enough" and sent me and all the other patients who were waiting to another hospital in Industrial Area 35 minutes away by driving in the middle of the night.What is the purpose of this Emergency then? To come, sit and wait for 30 minutes and then get thrown somewhere else? No thank you.

It takes me 1 hour and 55min to see the doctor at the emergency unit !

One of the worst experiences one can have when they are tremendously in pain, the doctor was raising his voice at me and the nurses were talking in their own language and laughing, not only that, i was not admitted even though the ambulance has brought me to Hamad’s emergency, they completely ignored the fact that i was in horrible pain and I was completely ignored. An experience I do not wish on my worst enemy avoid at all cost!!!

Trust me and go to a private medical entity and don't waste your time here.

Got into isolation here since i am having covid and i am struggling to breathe. No food or water were offered even tho i informed the staff the last food and drink i have had a night before. God forbid you get into any emergency in this place. When you are isolated you are left on your own even in regards to basic needs. Super modern, well equpied, but you have to ask and wait for basics. Terrible. The worst of all is them trying to convince you that this is normal and that you are not actually sick, while taking vitals and blood test for hours.
