It was pretty good it's nothing too amazing but for a few nights it does the job pretty well.
The overall cleanliness is good, the personnel's behaviour is ok but there's no proper behaviour among some staff, and there is huge lack of communication between personnel.
One of the staff were leaning back on the sofa, playing with his cellphone (like he's in his living room) and even didn't move after our entrance but the receptionist stood up for us 👍
We arrived at 20.30, we had plan to leave at 6.30 the next day, therefore we asked the evening receptionist about the breakfast time, she told us "it begins from 7". We asked her if the breakfast could be served earlier for us, since we leave too early for the airport, she agreed and told us to dial 40 when we woke up the next morning and "there's room service and they'll serve you the breakfast in your room".
To make sure nothing goes wrong for the next day, we told the night shift the same story again, he confirmed and told us the same things.
By the way, the showers are not we'll located (behind the door)
The next day, the breakfast guy (barista or ...) didn't know anything about our conversations and told us that "it's not possible, they always tell me to be prepared beforhand and there's no bread yet and we can only give you takeaways without bread, ..."
It was really ok if we were told, the breakfast could not be served that early in the morning, in the first place
It's a shame that a nice and clean hotel like this lacks proper service and communication between the staff!

I live in Canada and I want to say this is an amazing hotel. The room has alot of space. It has toilet seat. It has air conditioner. It has wifi. Jozeri, Mohsen, hassan are really helpful. The boss name is hussein and hes an amazing person. Other staff members are very good as well I just dont know their names. If I ever come back to bandar abbas, I will come here. If you are from Europe, Canada, America or Australia this will be the best hotel. It's right beside the hussle and hussle.
I visited this hotel but I didn’t stay there. I just checked it for my upcoming guest. It’s good hotel for who would like to have budget hotel in Bandar Abbas as their rate was so responsible according to many other hotels in the town.
It's clean, but the rooms are really smal, except for the suit. It is located in the city center where all the malls are around. Its nice after all.
What a wonderful hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel was more than expectations. Neat and clean. Staff very cooperative. Daily room making. Adequate breakfast. Best location adjacent to City Mall and 5 minutes walk to beach. Extremely inexpensive stay. Will certainly like to stay again. Absolutely recommended.
I stayed overnight. The room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. Excellent warm bath. The internet was poor. The staff was not good. The price was very reasonable.
