Homa Hotel in Band Abbas. A very beautiful hotel but with very bad and weak management.
Our group of road-trippers had an amazing time here, we got ample parking space for our convoy of vehicles. Apart from that, we were welcomed by a friendly staff and the rooms were really good. Being one of the good properties in Bandar Abbas, Homa Hotel is a must-stay for every traveller of the city.
A good option for Bandar Abbas but not the best as we expected. The room was nice and big, but the bath was old. The breakfast was like one at a 3* hotel, not a 5* one.
It used to be 5 star hotel before the Islamic revolution in 1979 with private beach. However I’d rate it 3 star now. The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is good with access to downtown and the beach even though it lost part of its land due to road expansion.
Hotel not clean. the staff are neither friendly nor professional.
we had many problems including 2 days without electricity in our room. we were received by the manager and he made a gesture of goodwill.
The cleaner women, don't respect the quit because she take the work juste in front of the room about 7 o'clock in the morning.
However, this one is not worth its 5 stars as we have done others in Iran.

Stayed in this hotel for 15 days on last October , staff are friendly and helpful and did their best to observe hygiene with regard to COVID 19 protocols , however as this hotel is very old it needs some maintenance, both on the outside as well as inside. there are few renovated rooms or so-called Homa class which are much better than old rooms but at higher rate.
it used to have a private beach which was continuation of garden ( yard) to sea but due to urban development and recently built seaside road hotel lost it's private beach and half of garden yet it still offer a good environment for afternoon stroll.
Two old elevators can hardly transfer 4 people at the time (each) .
Facilities , lobby , restaurant, entertainment are not up to 5* Hotel , Swimming pool and it's surrounding look like a wasteland which seemed to have been left unattended for longtime , few centimetre of stagnant water in pool providing refuge for pests and flies .
More attention is required to garbage separation & collection area which needs to be kept neat and clean & also away from stray dogs .

It is an old hotel that undergone reconstruction. The rooms had the view of the sea and the hotel is near the beach. The staff are friendly. The rooms are old with old furniture. Food and drinks are served in restaurant had medium quality. The price of food and drinks are high. I think the hotel is a 3 to 4 star hotel.
