Just tbh it’s the best hotel ever all the employees are so kind and they have a cute smile in their faces I really loved it, about the breakfast it’s so good ❤️❤️

Very very basic features. Low quality and diversity breakfast. Totally, it seems 3 stars hotel not 5.
It was very bad time in this hotel. I left the hotel to another close hotel (Flamingo) at the same day I checked in despite I paid for 2 nights. Literally I just want to escape !
One of the reception staff, who was speaking Arabic, behaves so stiffly and with no respection. I encountered a trouble in entering internet password so I asked him for help and he refused to send someone to my room for help. Instead, he replied with a cold phrase that I who should come to reception and no one would come to me. I told him that this is a bad service and he did not care at all !!
In addition, I spent more than 4 hours with my family waiting for check in ! Instead of cooperation I expected, the same staff member asked us to take a walk outside the hotel until our room become ready !
Among several hotels in the middle east I found this the worst.
Luckily, the new Flamingo hotel was by far much better than Kish hotel.

We didn't stay at this hotel, but used its public toilets. Actually thanks to their staff to let us do so.

The only good point was the breakfast. The room service was too weak. It took an hour for reception. Our room phone was not working it takes a day to repair the phone and the sane issue happened to my parents room! Our expectations were higher than this.
This is one of the WORST hotels I have been to. I have no idea who gave them FIVE stars but I'd sure like to meet them. The service is awful, the fridge was empty when we got the room and after mentioning it they did nothing. The kettle had freaking TEA LEAVES left in it. When they vleaned the room they did not add any towels and after asking for 3 they gave us 2 after half an hour. They are absolutely infuriating and completely incompetent.
