A very small museum but interesting. The signage isn’t the best and does not have great detail in English. I would recommend if you have a big interest in Egyptian history if not, probably give it a miss.

I’d recommend to go on a Tuesday when it’s free and only go if you have spare time.

Was hoping for a museum related to Polish Archeology but there wasn't much. Seemed to be under construction or something (Jan 2024). Hopefully it will be more accessible at other times of the year???

It's a rather small but very impressive collection of various artifacts. You have a range of Egyptian, Greek, Romen, Peruvian and polish exhibitions. There is also a room with temporary exhibitions which change a few times per year. We have been there on Tuesday, where the entry for the permanent exhibition is for free. We bought an additional ticket for the temporary exhibition, which was very worth it. If you like a smaller museum without massive crowds in ab relaxed environment, this is the place for you.

Superb museum and you should not miss of you are interested in Ancient Egypt and mummies. And the rose garden before the entrance is simply very beautiful.

Really nice museum with Peruvian, Egyptian and Early Slavic exhibitions. You should count around 1h-1h30 in order to cover the exhibitions. Have a nice visit pals

The museum is small, but has an EXTREMELY impressive collection of ancient civilizations like Egypt. Mummies, ancient tools, coins, a wide collection from the people of ancient Poland are all hosted here, with the occasional temporary exhibits. For any English only speakers, it might be hard communicating with any of the older staff, but you should be fine. Garden's out in the front are beautiful, the location of the entire museum is beyond belief. Anyone who loves history should come here.
