Today we had a brand seminar in one of the halls of the hotel. During the break time we have requested the coffee making employee one by one. He has skipped me for about 4-5 times. I reminded him 2-3 times about my order and he kept repeating "I will give you". I just left without any comments due to our break time was over. Later he came in our seminar and kept my ordered cup of coffee in front of me without apology and left. That guy has to go through some hospitality and customer service trainings, which are the initial and core manners of the hotel employees

A drop in visit on the off chance and really enjoyed it. Great views and the slide was a fun addition. Photo prices ridiculous but you can take your own pics in there so not an issue. Worth the admission fee

They found out it was my birthday and they went beyond. The hotel is beautiful and views are breath taking. Indal was so talented and decorated the room. I recommend it 100 percent.

I My best stay in Dubai. To be honest was my best stay in Dubai, great hotel, great location and staff super kind and nice people, specially Mr Brian and Fayaz from front desk and also the waitress in the pool (the pool on the ground floor). Definitely I’ll come back soon with friends and family.

The glass walk is a 7/10 experience. Once you get over the fear of falling or as if something is pulling you under, then the excitement wears off.

The views are great, an 8/10 experience. We had planned to watch the sunset and got there ahead of time but the long queues are a downside. Only caught a smidge of the sunset even though we legged it after passing the security check.

Now, the glass slide is a big lump of nothing honestly. Its just sliding down from the 53rd to 52nd floor, just 1 floor down.
This ought to be made explicit as we were under the impression that the slide down would be longer.

We had to wait in the long queue for almost 2 hrs just for 7 seconds of experiencing the slide. By the end of it, we were asking the security guy, 'is that it? Are you serious?'.
It's over before it even begins!!!!

That kind of miniature slide would be ideal for kids and those afraid of heights, but for ardent thrill seekers, you are better off skipping the slide.

All in all, a 6.8/10 experience

Came here for the glass slide which I thought was a lot longer. It's only 1 story long. It's nice to see everything from that point of view but it's so short I feel like I could barely get a chance to see much. It's not expensive to get in so it's not like I wasted a bunch of money but I wish they would make the length more explicit on their website
