Desert Sky Apartments

Very attentive and reactive for any and all issues I have encountered. The management team with the leadership of Jessica have been nothing but helpful and supportive during my entire move in process and I’m very grateful for them. I hardly leave reviews but when I do, they are well deserved.

Our first place of residency here in Vegas was a nightmare. We were relieved to move once lease ended. Since taking residence at Desert Sky apartments , we are into our 3rd lease at the property. Other than some residents ignoring the management request to pick up after their pets, our time at Desert Sky is great. Cynthia and Jessica are always pleasant and attentive to our needs. Ricardo the maintenance guy is phenomenal. He responds to maintenance requests in very satisfying response time. We love our cozy apartment.

Very quiet place to live. The property is well maintained, and the maintenance team is outstanding. The units are older, however they are updated, we are very happy here. we looked at properties that are more modernized, this place felt more like home when we checked the unit.

BEWARE of any move-in specials this place offers without viewing the actual apartment. Don't believe their "model unit" the one we were shown now has a tenant living in it. Make sure to view your promised apartment I feel like I was scammed. This has been a nightmare of constant repairs needed. This apartment should have never been rented without renovations being done. The tub is literally chipping everytime we take a shower finding pieces on my body how is that safe?? And that's just the beginning ... This place isn't cheap either we had a cheaper place in North Las Vegas that was way better than this.

Moving in: Dryer door broken. No kitchen light. Shower was broken. All fixed with the help of my brother. 10 days later my A/C went out. Called it in. Nothing done. By 3PM I accidentally found the repairman who did a good job fixing it fast. Most of all there is an unwelcoming attitude. Never a smile. Just going through the motions.

Honestly love these apartments. Since moving in 2 months ago I haven’t had any issues. The staff here are great, they really keep the property clean and presentable and after painting everything it looks so good. The couple maintenance calls I had were answered very quick and fixed immediately. The front office ladies are so nice and approachable as well which makes it really nice instead of being nervous to speak to anyone in the office. I would honestly recommend these to anyone looking especially because they are very affordable compared to around town and you get a really good quality place.

Ricardo is amazing!! Thank you for being so on top of things and attentive! My AC went out, he fixed it along with the other requests and even closed my windows before leaving!
