We bought a hand back an hour ago and they took out the tie where you put on your body and didn’t put it back so we paid 100 aed for almost nothing the bag won’t look good without it

Very bad experience with payment processing. Around 15 people in queue and they still in the middle of mobile.

One of the worst customer service.. its been a week i am trying to return the item and whenever i call the customer service there is only one woman who attend the call name Farah who is very rude and she doesnt give appropriate answers... today i will try to visit their branch to return as they failed to do pickup and their driver keep rescheduling without any reason...

The associate is really helpful with his smile,he assist me to choose and suggest lots.and well explained.
And am always choose splash product,
All product was simply easy to ware and cloth was different quality,you can choose either full cotton or mix,all deferent pricing,
And best offer price is going on,I think it’s available all centre point.
Now they are strictly informing to customer that you can’t try product,you have to try sample pieces only,which is my chosen was not in sample section,then how can i do trial for what I need exactly.
Which is not acceptable,Managment need to change your policy.
And finally we need to pay 25 fils for paper bag, counter staff was forcing to pay,finally they don’t have changes,staff was really struggling to manage,
Am almost 10 years splash customer,today I felt very bad,
The terrible experience,i will not expect from centre point.

Disappointed, centrepoint is charging for paper bags in the name of charity, I left my shopping worth a thousand dhs on the counter, and I'm not ever shopping from them again.
Charity is a personal choice and those who want to give charity give themselves, no one should be entitled to force others to pay it.
