We love Hungerhub at work, lunches are a breeze and everyone gets exactly what they want and stays within budget. The Customer Support there is first class, often I have to reach out with questions or follow ups and the entire team is very quick to reply and always happy to help.

Over time, a concerning trend has emerged with consistent price hikes since 2021, displaying notable discrepancies compared to other food delivery platforms and even within their own offerings. This has led to a recurrent issue where the options provided often surpass the budget set for our team, eliciting understandable frustration.

To their credit, the staff exhibit friendliness, and the customer service makes genuine efforts to rectify situations where restaurants inaccurately portion sizes or miss items in orders. However, in a demanding industry where these meals serve as the sole respite, recurrent disappointment arises when paying extra for essential components like proteins or add-ons, only to find the meal insufficient in size. This recurrent letdown reaches a point where one feels disheartened, almost unheard despite offering feedback that presumably should be taken into account.

Over the past couple of years, menu items have steadily inflated in price, occasionally reaching exorbitant levels compared to direct purchases from the restaurants themselves. While acknowledging the company's need for profitability, these adjustments can sometimes appear as an exploitation of consumers, especially evident when prices seem to align with our subsidy. It's hoped that this service can evolve positively because the core concept is promising. Despite the prevailing frustrations, commendable meals have been enjoyed through this platform.

There's an evident desire for improvement, with the aspiration that this service aligns its pricing strategies more equitably while ensuring that meal options remain within set budgetary constraints. The potential is undeniable, and should this service address these noted shortcomings, it stands poised to become a stellar solution within the industry.

Always looking forward to heading into work because of the lunch program. Different options every week is so refreshing. Orders always arrive on time, and their customer service is tremendous. Maria and Nick are stars!

As a small business, we have been offering deliveries to our client through our own labour. But as we keep growing, it is impossible to keep us whether it is labour or the amount of vehicle available to satisfy the orders. Our business has been using Hungerhub for a year now and it has been nothing but wonderful to help our business grow. Not only it has been able to take off of a lot of operational and logistical stress from us, we were also able to satisfy more happy customers by offering them an easier way to receive their order.

Although the platform still have room to grow into a more user friendly system for both business and clients, Hungerhub's help desk and operational team are all very friendly, helpful and attentive to our team's needs and issues when assistance is required. Being a Vancouver base company, the East Coast time have not been a problem to us getting the help we need when needed.

We are excited and happy to see Hungerhub's continuous growth along side with our company.

The customer service at hungerhub is phenomenal. I've used hungerhub for the last three years and on the rare occasion have had something wrong with my order. They have always been very quick to respond and very willing to make things right. Especially Nick, who is absolutely fantastic to deal with and always follows up!
