Schön! Sollte man mitnehmen wenn man hier ist.
Schöne Einblicke in die Bodenmosaike, die im Bereich des sogenannten Palasts von Theoderich gefunden wurden.
Gut präsentiert und recht gut erklärt.
Für 2 Euro im Preis dezent, aber auch nur interessant für manche Touristen.
Nur Montag Vormittag geöffnet- und man muss online die Karten vorkaufen.

This is not the actual Palace, it was built on the old site. Interesting how city center shifted in time. Good to check out also from the outside as there is a main objective nearby.
King's palace came down to this. And it was Teodoric's. Unfortunatelly we didn't go in church next to it so we might see better what is inside...admission.
Nice palace from outside. Unfortunately we did not visit it inside.
God have mercy on the terrible planning and opening times of Italian museums! E-mailing with the tourist agency, to please make a exception or make a private reservation to see it on 16 september. Such a pity that such a famous site- if you are interested in the long history of Italy, is so limited accessible. Hopefully more stars later.
