I had been seeking an apartment for my daughter in NYC…with no success. However, once you connected us with Sara, everything changed. She was responsive and the first professional to walk us through and explain the application/support paperwork package required for the rental market in NYC.

As a retired military member, I have lived in a lot of different countries/states during my career, Sara is certainly one of the best realtors I have had the pleasure of working with.

Today, I just had the best experience in my first rental application process with Stellar Kim. She is simply great at her job in a very efficient way. I did not have to go through any additional verification steps which many landlords usually require, and she made it possible for me to sign a contract the day she contacted me.
