Great swimming pool area
Amazing place to stay very secure and with great building staff , defenetly a great place to live in

At summer water is very hot, in winter cold

Nice area with a lot of restaurants and close to metro. Only problem is you need to walk around the lake as there's no bridge.
One of the finest apartments. Though smaller in size, the construction and layout certainly stand in terms of quality. They probably have the finest of the washrooms in its category. Also the locations for clusters like Y and V from the residential perspective is the best in Lake Elucio side of JLT
Absolutely amazing modern skyscraper with secure parking and the best rooftop swimming pool in the entire Jumeirah Lake Towers District. Apartment was super spacious with 2 balconies
Only a short walk from the marina and much better value.
I will be staying here for all my visits now.
