Cute little place! Went here for a wedding. It's small and intimate however, loud planes fly over quite a bit. Parking can be challenging as well as it's street parking.
I wish they kept the graffiti on the wall though.

I recently worked my first wedding at The Unique Space and I absolutely loved it!!
Lauren was such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire planning process. She truly cares for her couples and it definitely shows. As a planner, I appreciate that so much! Cannot say enough good things about her - she is killer!
On the day of, we had two site reps who were both great as well. They were quick to jump to our needs, checked in often, and made sure everything was running smoothly throughout the day.
Also, this probably goes without mentioning, but the overall design and vibe of the space is just next level! They obviously put a lot of TLC into the venue - it truly is a unique space and was so fitting for our one-of-a-kind couple.
The grooms were so happy on their wedding day and that is due in LARGE to Lauren and her team. I just appreciate them all so much and cannot wait to work there again!

Very helpful staff very nice private venue
I attended Unique LA University with a friend this past weekend and have to say the space is super cool. Very hipster, trendy, modern, co-working, downtown LA kind of space. There is street parking as well as a pay lot on the same block (about $12/hour). #uniquespace #dwtnla #losangeles #coworkingspace #hipster

Cute, versatile place for any kind of event.
My wife's coworker got married here and it was such a cool little spot. Great layout and design space. Wonderful rooftop views of downtown.
