One of the park's highlights is the wooden bridge, a favorite among photographers for its rustic appeal and the stunning views it offers of the surrounding woodland. Facilities like benches and picnic areas are well-placed, offering spots to rest and enjoy the natural beauty. However, visitors should be prepared for muddy patches on the trails, especially after rain, and the park's popularity can mean crowded paths during peak hours. Despite these minor drawbacks, Mosquito Creek Park remains a hidden gem for those seeking a quick nature fix without leaving the city. Its easy accessibility and the tranquility it offers make it a must-visit for locals and tourists alike.

This is upper Mosquito creek trail between del rio drive and BP conjunction. (Lower is between community Center and playground.) This hiking path is along the creek and with gradual incline. It’s about 5k with 60 flights incline if you go all the way up and back.

Popular with locals walking dogs, exercising, and bike riding(uphill only).

Grateful for this lovely, wide, gravel trail in the woods running along the west side of Mosquito Creek. Great for off-leash dog walks as the trail is relatively straight, 15-18 ft wide and has good visibility. Total Off-Leash trail area is roughly 40,000 sq ft! Orange dog waste bins, and biodegradable bags near the Fell entrance as well as the half-way point. Plenty of accessible parking if you start at the trailhead at the south end of the Delbrook Rec Centre parking lot.

Sadly, not uncommon to find rogue poop on the trail and off-leash dogs roaming in the environmentally sensitive areas despite clear signage. Could also use more complete fencing in certain areas along the trail.

Great path for the pup right beside a creek for fresh water or a cool dip! Beautiful in the fall!
