I rarely leave comments but I feel like I needed to this time.
Very poor management! Moved out end of June. I was told that the house only needed basic cleaning when we did the move-out inspection walk, and it was mentioned that I would only get charged for that. Then, I ended up got surprisingly charged for a total of $275 for basic cleaning $75, extra cleaning $50, carpet cleaning $75, and replacing ONE blind slate $75. There is a lack of transparency for any of those charges and I feel like they just wanted to deduct my deposit as much as they could. Will never recommend anyone to live there!!

Excellent location and value compared to most other places to rent in the area.
