Mill Stream Run Reservation

Beautiful during all seasons of the year. Great place to hike, bike, walk the dog, or just taking a drive.

Really fun, friendly staff, well-maintained toboggans. You'll get your workout climbing the stairs over and over, but you don't have to drag the toboggans with you like when I used to visit in my younger years. Such a fun time for family and friends. Nice outdoor fireplace to warm up between runs. Concessions available to warm your insides. Note: Gloves are required. The ones they sell are warm and work well, but bring your own if you want to save a few bucks.

This park is one of my favorites because it is so well-kept. A beautiful waterfall can be seen immediately beside the bridge, and a concealed trail beneath the bridge can be used to gain a closer look. It appears to be well-kept and maintained. We'd never been there before, and it wasn't too crowded the day before Memorial Day. Take your food with you Go down to the Pavilion, sit at a table, and enjoy your meal while taking in the scenery of the adjacent park and stream.
