I lost $3000 with Apple today!!!I bought my MacBook pro2 recently and the screen stop working.
I went to your store:(
Never again. I don't remember the names of representatives but the experience was below any expectations. Just feel like I was scammed for $3000(

Please go to any other location in the city. This one is AWFUL. They are never on time for genius bar appointments, the waiting area is extremely uncomfortable, they take great umbrage when you ask them what position you are in line (40 minutes after your appointment time) and then they are truly awful at the support itself. My "genius" did not log the repair correctly in the system, I am only getting alerts that the repair is on hold with no information for a pair of headphones still under warranty. When I call apple support, they said the service member should have offered me the option of an express replacement since the headphones were under apple care. Now a week later and no updates, I'm super frustrated, have spent hours on the phone with apple support and even THEY can't seem to reach anyone at the store. Their solution? Go back to the store and ask them to cancel the repair so I can mail in a replacement?
RIDICULOUS. Seriously. Go to SoHo. They seem to actually care about customers enough to do this right.

Stopped by the store to activate a new phone. The service and atmosphere was so warm , the team of hardworking people is very professional and helpful. Special thanks to Sasha and Josh. Really appreciate all you do for your customers!!! Excellent Customer service!

Quick service knew exactly what I wanted, waited 5 minutes to get the iPhone, setup was fast, and they answered all my questions I had about the phone. Nothing like Apple a unique experience

Great experience at the Genius Bar! Thank you, Jess, for your expertise. So impressed with all the staff buzzing around, totally engaged with customers. Big thanks to Mike on the sales team who guided me through the process of purchasing a new Mac Air—my first purchase in nearly 10 years. Thoughtful and kind staff, from check-in, to service, and sales. Highly recommend this Apple Store!

Everything about this place is fantastic. The customer service is TOP NOTCH! I had one issue on my last visit.....and it was the first time something like this has ever happened. I purchased a very expensive MacBook Pro and a few accessories online with pickup at the downtown Brooklyn location. All went extremely well until the customer service rep came back with a very tiny bag for me accessories, and no bag for the MacBook Pro. I was told they had no bags that would hold the item in stock. I was then left with no other choice but to walk out of the store onto extremely busy Brooklyn streets. As you could imagine, I felt very uncomfortable. There were MANY shady looking characters that looked like they lay in wait for such opportunities. Fortunately, I was able to carry my big white box with a picture of its contents plastered on both sides back to my car a few blocks away safely. They truly shouldn't offer pickup at any locations unless they have bags available. It's a customer safety issue. Other than that, everything else was an excellent experience.

My experience was great. I had an appointment. They got to me before my appointment. Very professional and friendly atmosphere. It didn’t take long. I walked out all my issues were handled. I’m giving them 5 stars.
