I recently had the pleasure of visiting the newly opened Chase Bank GM building branch and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was struck by the sleek and professional atmosphere that greeted me.

The tellers at this branch are some of the most helpful and friendly that I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond to ensure that my banking needs were met, and they did so with a smile on their faces.

What's more, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no wait time whatsoever. The efficiency with which the staff at this branch operates is truly remarkable.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Chase Bank GM building branch to anyone in need of banking services. From the modern decor to the friendly and helpful staff, this branch truly stands out as a shining example of excellence in banking.

No complaints about the location or service however the times are wrong. They are NOT open on Saturday at all although it says til 3pm.

Great customer service at this location. Best one I’ve been to so far in upper east side. When they take care of small things I need like a notary, I bring my big business to them as a thank you. Other bankers in the area need to learn how to get customers.
