DO NOT PARK HERE!
After reading the reviews it seems like it is pretty common over the last 2 months that people have had their cars broken into and some electricals stolen. We parked for 5 hours and came back to our window smashed and dash cam pulled out. There isn't any CCTV. Paid £11 to have our car robbed. I don't understand how they can charge the prices they do and yet don't have any security measures. Especially, after they've had customers cars broken into and robbed AT LEAST 4 times in the last 2 months, with multiple cars being robbed on one of the occasions!!!

We parked here whilst going out for a meal and seeing some friends, came park several hours later to find window smashed a wired in dash cam ripped out. Car park has no CCTV covering it. All in all avoid it!!!!

Not to be trusted. They will fine you whether you buy a ticket or not and hound you until you pay it.
Stayed at the Maldron for NYE, was recommended to this car park by the hotel. Came back in the morning to find my window broken and dashcam stolen. It appeared a different car was the main target of the robbery and any cars surrounding with dashcams were broken into and the camera ripped out. Looking now at past reviews this seems to be quite common.
Worst car park and parking provider ever encountered. Car park is in awful condition with potholes. Despite paying for 12 hours from 20:11 and leaving at 08:21 I was given a pcn ticket despite the 10 min grace period! Challenged it but no luck.
Do not park your car here. Parked it for 2 hours and came back to find my car had been broken into and sat nav was robbed! Avoid!
Arrived at 3 pm on a Monday. Plenty of spaces available. Car park is poorly maintained with pot holes and paint lines weathered away. One car was parked on the exit route out presumably because of poor markings. Good for Maldron hotel, just park and pay at hotel, remember to give reception your car reg. Appears reasonably safe for location. Just needs a lick of paint on tarmac to ensure cars are correctly parked.
Parked here again a month later. Routes through car park now better marked out with posts so can get around it. Just a handful of spaces available here and there. Overnight parking was fine but it seems criminals have been active recently from other reviews. The University car park down the road on Charles Street also targeted. Will now look to park elsewhere such as Q Parks which seem to be far more secure. This means hotels in the area will no longer be getting my custom.
