I like the atmosphere here. Tucked away at the back of the 225 St Georges Terrace building. The high ceilings and open space makes for a less intense feel. Access to the gardens at the back is also a bonus.
It's a beautiful setting but the coffee had a weird aftertaste and my crossaint was hands down the worst I've ever had. It was irredeemably soggy, stale and chewy :(

Beautiful spot, almost friendly staff. The coffee is also reasonably good, but the cafe can be crowded in the morning.
Outstanding value, service and chicken, mushroom and cheese risotto!! We have travelled a fair bit here and overseas, but here is the best right on our door step. Thanks Vince!
