I don’t live in the Ashburn area but I was visiting my sister when we had to do some grocery shopping at the Giant supermarket near her home. I found this place to be very clean and easy to navigate. The Giant supermarket shares this review.

Not bad but short on inventory because not many customers
A great and convenient place to shop. This is like an oasis in a densely populated newer community. It is great that the planners and the mall management put together such a diverse group of businesses to save people the longer drive to stores.
An average strip mall with the usual stores, groceries, coffee, UPS, Chinese, pizza. Comes complete with pre-teens running around trying to impress one another. Not bad for a strip mall. It is in good repair. Nothing to write home about though.
