Working directly with Kim Lucy, we told her what we were looking for and she made it happen! We have two small boys and a dog living in the country area, Kim guaranteed the fabric of our new sectional would be an easy clean and she delivered! In my experience at “discount” furniture stores, the prices here were abnormally high. The same couch here vs another discount store was $1200 difference. Upon entering the store I stated I was just browsing and although the sales woman was very nice I felt pressured by being followed around the store and being offered a discount of 15% for buying 3 pieces. The same dinnette at this store was $1000 more than the same one at another store in Henderson, when I applied through their financing I was offered the amount to cover the price of a couch,entertainment center and dinnette table, with over $500 a month payments. In the market after my house burned down I don’t have much to work with,and she was aware of this,hence why I went to a discount furniture store or so I thought it was,the sales lady did seem irritated after I stated I couldn’t afford the payment per month and said “so u don’t want it now” while also talking to her daughter on her cellphone during my application process.i felt it was very unprofessional. To be considered a discount furniture store furniture should be cheaper than what was available. I also didn’t appreciate being followed throughout the entire store feeling pressured during my experience. The sales lady also called my phone numerous times after I left the store through the store number and even her personal cellphone. I did not answer as I was disappointed with my experience and didn’t want to do business with this store after this.
