Great Anthropology location. The store front is nice and interior building vibe is very cool on top of the nice apparel and home goods they have to offer. Nice place to wander into on Queen St.
It’s a beautiful building! The staff was very friendly and helpful with my purchase. However, I do think you are better off if you buy on the website since there is more variety.
Great service. I really appreciate the staff here and how well they work as a team. I was able to find what I needed quickly and in my size, which is something that I truly appreciate because online ordering isn't for me at all.
very professional and excellent customer service. I placed a phone order and had some issues as I was using gift card, a huge shout out to Engy who was extremely helpful. She made sure that the issue gets fixed, and she called me after getting the issue fixed so that I can place my order next day. I really appreciate her efforts and all the hard work. I went to the Canadian site thinking I was ordering there, but my purchase came from the States and I was charged for duty which came in 100 dollars more than the listed price, so what is the point of a Canadian ordering product from this company. BTW, my dress was lovely, but very expensive in the end.
Huge location with a variety of products, but I found their styles to be lacking during the fall. Less fall colours and more colourful summer trends in stock which was disappointing.
Lovely designed store. There are stairs at the entrance and for the second floor. Two elevators are available. The store itself is nicely laid out and has a sale section at the back upstairs. It’s a higher end store with prices reflective of such.
