They have trendy, low price accessories. No comments on the clothings as I haven't purchased any, but from the glance their sizings are not consistent (proportion is strange) and not quite worth it for the quality.
I could give a 1 star but extremely unfriendly, disturbing manner of the front staff with short hair (don't think she's the owner) threw me off to the point to leave in any minute. Not the experience I was looking forward to based on how they come off so pastel chic and bubbly on social media. Won't be shopping here again!

I walked in didn’t know they are closing soon. There are still around 7-8 people in the store, the staff come to me and said ”excuse me, we are closing in 2 minutes that means we are… just close” with her eyes wild open. Will never shop at this store:)

I’ve been coming here since they opened a few weeks ago. They import all their cute clothes from South Korea. It’s great to get all those styles here, one star off as the quality of the prices can really vary depending on the pieces. In general it’s pretty good, but I avoid buying knits and anything with an unfinished edge.

Great Anthropology location. The store front is nice and interior building vibe is very cool on top of the nice apparel and home goods they have to offer. Nice place to wander into on Queen St.

What an excellent establishment! While my wife indulges in shopping, I can savor a refreshing beer. The upscale prices for the merchandise now seem completely reasonable, and I appreciate the inclusion of this bar in your store.

Well, I’m very disappointed in the new designer Burberry has hired. Bags no longer has the style/elegance, the beauty and quality it used to. I’m just going to wait until a new designer is hired otherwise no Burberry for me.

Girls in the shop are rude and impolite. They should change jobs and not be in contact with customers. I feel sorry for the owner who sees the turnover decline and customers fleeing due to poorly behaved staff. I got a poor store experience !

They did not refund me after an item went out of stock prior to arriving to my apartment. They would not pick up my calls either even though I called them many, many times.

I had the best experience here today. I rarely ever leave reviews when I shop but the ladies here were so friendly and kind. They went out of their way to make sure I was able to find what I wanted and the style manager went above and beyond to really help me out. The sweetest group of ladies, thank you for making this a memorable visit!

I had a great experience here on Tuesday. I was buying a super puff snug for the first time, Jay (I think that’s his name, he was working in the super puff section) went above and beyond ensuring that I receive the jacket I wanted (they didn’t have it in store). Jay and his fellow worker communicate as they called several stores across Canada with attempt to find my jacket. For the time I had to wait, they gave me a token to receive a free coffee.
I ordered my jacket and it arrived one day later and I absolutely love it!

Bad costumer service experience. The store refused to exchange a pair of pants that my husband gifted to me. I didn’t have the receipt, but they could confirm my husband’s purchase in the system and I saved the tags after just trying the pants on. The stuff (pants and shirt) run a bit small, so I wanted a size up. Because I just tried the pants and the tag was not placed as the original one, the store rejected to exchange. Despite speaking with customer service, they still refused to exchange the gift. So I am not using this gift, which was about 200 dollars.

No wait to get in 5* star service and the most friendly staff. We came in frustrated Christmas eve eve after the most ridiculous service at another store and were treated like first class despite being dressed like bums. We were offered help without feeling like we were followed around and felt like staff were genuinely enjoying their job. This is how to run a store. I've already recommended to my coworkers.

Consider twice when shopping for this company. I have a friend who works for the company and we decided to go to the shopping centre during the weekend and visited a few stores and afterwards stopped by Aritzia. I ended up just trying few things on and she ended up spending over $800 and wanted to use her employee discount at a checkout. I was standing next to her when I saw how much the clerks and manager humiliated my dear friend in front of me. Once she mentioned she works for a company on checkout the friendly face of store employee changed to aggressive and she called the manager right away. Manager took her to the side and scolded her for not “following the company rules”, which my friend was never instructed on. I saw manager telling my friend that as an employee she is not allowed to shop on weekends, use the dressing room unless there are no customers nearby, not allowed to use any assistance from store clerks and anything she tries on needs to be returned back to the floor by her. She also need to let the manager know when she arrives and manager would decide IF SHE IS ALLOWED TO SHOP. Also, manager had to walk both of us out of the store and check her bag next to the exit, while I was never checked. I saw my friend tearing up due to the humiliation she was put through. I was beyond shocked by the way company treats people who work for them as criminals and second class people even on their day off.
I used to spend thousands of dollars in a year and be on their clientele list for years but I am not planning on shopping there anymore. One of the most sickening corporate culture there is.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this situation bothered me. I went into return a pair of pants that didn’t fit right and upon further inspection when I got home, were just poorly made. This store does something where they give 15% off everything, but only during certain hours of the day, which happened to be when I got the pants. I was never informed that with this surprise discount, the items become final sale. When I went to return them, I was told all sale items are final and they wouldn’t accept a return. I understand things off of a sale rack may be final sale, but not clothing that is sometimes full price and sometimes not? As this is untraditional and kind of confusing, I would expect them to make that clear as you’re paying. I explained this, and the salesperson said there’s nothing she can do, but there is always something you can do if you value customer service. I had been in other times where the sale was mentioned to me by this same salesperson, but again nothing about it meaning everything in the store is final sale if you buy it then. It just felt a little scammy and I never understand when businesses don’t put customer service first.

I went to the Canadian site thinking I was ordering there, but my purchase came from the States and I was charged for duty which came in 100 dollars more than the listed price, so what is the point of a Canadian ordering product from this company. BTW, my dress was lovely, but very expensive in the end.

They have a very rude staff and their manager JOEY doesn’t know how to deal with their customers. They do not write anything clearly on their receipts about the return and exchange policies. BUYING FROM HERE NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Other stores have 30-40% discounted prices than them.

I came to this location to exchange a gift that my fiance had purchased for me just the day before. I went in, gave the purse that was still in a Kate Spade gift box to the associate as well as the gift receipt. I received the bag without any tags, and my fiance said he spotted no tags on it after purchasing it because it was pulled from the back. The sales associate begins speaking in a thick European accent and I couldn’t understand her. She said that I wouldn’t be able to return the bag and accused me of wearing it due to the missing tag. I laughed because the bag was not my style and I’d never wear. And here’s when my experience turned around for the better. Another sales associate named Komalpreet came to the rescue and assured me I could get store credit for the bag. She continued to be patient and helped me pick out a pair of shoes I purchased with the credit. It’s sales associates like Komalpreet that make the experience of shopping so enjoyable and she ensured I left with a smile on my face. As for the other associate, she needs to review some training on company policies and how to be polite. Thank you again Komalpreet!

I have shopped there for many many years. The shop owner is always extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in the fashion field. I have sent many friends there and they have thanked me. Came in today and wasn’t greeted. Had 5 items on hand but was not offered a change room. Went to fitting room and no one helped show me which room i could use, meanwhile there was an employee there taking photos.
Had to ask if they still carried the black version of a shirt i wanted. “Oh it never came in black.” I told them I saw on IG it did. “Oh we didn’t put it out yet, it’s still in the back.” Why would you post it then.. “Oh it’s sold out.” like what..
Staff needs to be attentive to clients in store and needs to be further trained on products and customer service.

Love this store! They have really cute classic or more eclectic pieces and the staff are really helpful with making pairing suggestions and bringing different sizes to try on. I made an online order and decided to go in store to try on some pieces and swap out the regular priced items. Colleen was really helpful and attentive to make sure I had a good experience and found everything I needed. A great alternative to a typical store in a mall and supporting a small operation instead, great variety.

do not make an online purchase!! extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. packages do not ship with canada post like written during checkout, recieved the item over a week past the expected. extremely poor communication and will not respond to your emails. after asking for a refund, they replied four business days later with attitude and no helpful information and haven't responded to an email since. i wanted to support a canadian business, but the service was horrible and i don't live in toronto so i will never make a purchase from them again.

Super cute Korean clothing store! I absolute loved everything in this store (especially the change rooms) only downside was their prices. I did end up buy a minimalist drawstring backpack for about $60, which was worth it. The customer service was also amazing so I definitely plan on coming back soon.

I shop at this Latest Scoop frequently and feel most welcome in the Queen location. Mallery especially always helps me out when I go in and it’s good to see a face you recognize every time you shop. So sweet and attentive. Will keep coming back!

Probably the worst Aritzia location I’ve ever been to, truly. The staff here are bottom of the barrel. Pierina who I believe is the manager is condescending and just has no idea what’s going on. Kait has good style and makes great picks but as a style advisor has ghosted me, not followed through on orders made, flopped on PSAs, just unprofessional all around. I had one interaction with Julia and honestly it was rude, not helpful at all. I did overhear Pierina barking orders at her so possibly just a bad mood. If you want anything from the staff here it’s not the location to go to.
Additionally, the stock and selection isn’t great. Just overall the worst Aritzia you could go to. Their only redeeming quality is the convenience of the location.

All the other reviews seem to care about the staff, so I'm going to address the clothes. High quality fabrics with excellent fit and finish, style a step above Adidas, Lululemon, and Nike on fitness gear. Prices are a premium over many other brands, but seem appropriate for the quality.

Dishonest staff (the one with blue coloured hair and brown woman at the cashier) I left my drink on the counter and came back to pick it after few seconds out. When I came back, I caught the girl coming up from downstairs (I believe she went to throw out my drink). When I asked where my drink went, the two employees firstly shared eye contacts and giggled, then pretended they did not know where it is and ignored me.
It’s not a big deal as it’s just a cup of coffee, however, the behaviour of lying to your customer and denying what you did is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I feel beyond disappointed with the disrespect and dishonesty I received from the store. I do not feel comfortable continuing shopping this brand. Highly would not recommend.

Decent service and clothes are cute. But.. 3 stars for my latest shopping experience. I pointed to earrings that were one price and the salesperson said “oh let me grab you a new pair” which were actually not a new pair, but a more expensive model. I didn’t know this until I got home. Don’t play your customers like that.

It's a family day. I walked into Aritzer on queen street & received a few warm greeting from the staffs. The store was clean with combination of winter and spring collections. I love some of the new items with the uplifting colors. With the staffs help, I got both top and pants. I am happy with the purchase and Service. Will go back !

Very cool pieces but wayyyy too expensive for those looking for good thrifted clothes. They appear to be an upscale thrift store but most of their pieces are off the rack and very expensive. Avoid if you’re looking for unique but cost-effective thrift pieces.

Waited over 30 minutes in cold to get in the store, with my pregnant wife. A group of 5 people left the store and security person allowed only 2 people to get in the store stating they are allowing only groups of people in. Having said that i asked for the manager and requested to allow me and my pregnant wife in the store since the store was not that busy and it was quite cold and the manager of the store replied that unfortunately she cant help out regardless if we are dealing with pregnant woman waiting outside or not, since they only allow groups. Quite horrendous service no care for their customers my family and i no longer will be shopping in this store and from this brand.

For being the only Prada in Canada they should be expected to have a highest degree of excellence in all manners. While their store was clean and well kept, it felt like a mirror maze. We encountered a less than enthusiastic employee who seemed condescending regarding our inference about a price reduction on a damaged good. They didn’t offer a discount and the same employee showed little empathy.

This is probably my favorite store in Toronto. It has a mix of styles - not all of which suite me - but it's one of the few stores that has some clothing with a punk or goth flare that I really love. And Canadian made clothing too. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for something a little bit different and full goth stores or full conservative styles don't quite suite you

I started buying at this store this summer. On the first time, I bought pasties and a shirt. When I asked the cashier for ten percent off since I'm a new customer, she gladly applied it to my purchase and even told me that they don't do this anymore. But it's not true most especially if you buy online. That's okay maybe she wanted to feel like a better person. Less than 2 weeks ago, I came back to buy a shirt and was told by the cashier that returns or exchanges for store credit is accepted within 14 days. When I came back today, some of my purchases were on sale so I told the sales lady that I'll be returning my purchase to buy the same item and get a discount. I was informed that the store policy is 7 days return. Will never buy from this store again. Deceiving people. Do not buy from this awful store

I've been to the shop twice looking for a formal dress. The first experience was so good that even though I didn't end up making a purchase then, I remembered this shop. The second time around, I was in the shop 10 minutes before they closed. I had at least 6-7 dresses to try on (oops). The staff were so nice and so helpful!! They didn't rush me at all, but instead, provided heels to try the dresses with. Overall, an amazing experience that's going to make shopping for occasional items much more effortless! Highly recommended!

Prada box stained my Louis Vuitton neverfull mm bag! I threw out the boxes as soon as I saw this but decided to return one of the three items I bought from prada. There was almost an issue with the return! Luckily they approved but now I’m stuck w stained purse. Upsetting for a company that is considered luxury has colour from there boxes rub off. (Yorkdale location).

I found Philistine while searching for some specific shoe care products, they were the only option that had what I needed. Reviews looked good so I placed my order. The store was neat, well organized and the customer service associate was friendly and helpful, but not pushy.
The general set-up and display in the store was simple and straightforward. I wasn't made to feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. I found what I liked and was shown the fitting rooms.
The store wasn't crowded, and the associates didn't disappear after you went to try things on. I noticed the assertive approach and found this to be an improvement from a lot of the other stores I have shopped at before. Great job!

I was pleasantly surprised when I went in this store a couple weeks ago. They had some sale signage that caught my attention walking by and I'd already been to multiple higher end stores unsuccessfully trying to find some basic/classic warm sweaters. All 4 styles I tried I loved, were on for a great price ($65 total after tax for all 4), I bought all 4 AND the sales staff were really friendly and helpful. I guess I expected less customer service or quality products because of the price point of the store and all around I was wrong! I would definitely go back for core basic wardrobe essentials.

Joe Fresh is a great combination of sleepwear, lounge wear, actives, casuals, and relaxed semi formal for women, men and children. It's much better than the Gap for their range of fit and sizes and for quality which is superior with a much more range of versatility.
A big shout out to their staff who is not only helpful but kind, friendly and endearing. I have only ever had positive experiences.

They have a variety of fashion for every style you may like, as well as a decent size selection. The staff are very helpful in a personable way that really does leave a small town store feel with a lasting impression. I was also given some very helpful advice, which really paid off!! I highly recommend this store for the trendy or thrifty because their clothes are gorgeous and the prices are very affordable.

I found a pair of Red Wing boots that I wanted for sometime. The price was comparable online at other places. The staff over the phone was extremely friendly too, and in store.
They did have a lot of Red Wing boots branded items too. And made in USA / Canada stuff. This is key for a picky shopper like me. Obviously they have some non-USA / Canada based stuff. So those items won't get my business but for the USA / Canada stuff, play ball.
The tattoo lady that served me was especially nice too [Sorry forgot your name random stranger]. They have some rewards program where you spend a certain amount of money, you get so much back. Given the fact I spent 400 something on boots, the friendly tattoo lady, managed to change my mind on signing up for it. I HATE signing up for that type of stuff, and I do not capitulate easily either.
I was glad about the sign up as, I have 20 bucks in there rewards and plan on getting a cologne from the store sometime in the future.

Given the fact I spent 400 something on boots, the friendly tattoo lady, managed to change my mind on signing up for it. I HATE signing up for that type of stuff, and I do not capitulate easily either.
I was glad about the sign up as, I have 20 bucks in there rewards and plan on getting a cologne from the store sometime in the future.

I love that I can find cotton clothing here. I also love that I can use my PC Points here too. There sales are great too. I picked up 2 coats, a jacket, a sweater and a shirt all for $107! And $100 was in points, so I only actually paid $7 for everything.

I came here ready to spend money but felt very unwelcomed after visiting it. I've see the clothing plenty of times from the window front and am a strong supporter of local businesses but the owner needs to wake up and actually pay attention to their customers. Walking in, I chirped a friendly hello her way. She gave me a hard cold stare with no response. As I walked around, her loud classical music was as overbearing as her eyes following me. Never was I asked if I needed any help and therefore never shall I return. Maybe I was dressed too casually and she didn't think it was worth her time to engage in a human connection. I would not recommend any of my family or friends to visit. This was not a pleasant experience and I would never want anyone I know to feel this judged or unwelcomed.

Called in advance and placed my items on hold. Went in and everything was put aside for me. Great friendly staff showed me other similar items. They gift wrapped very nicely and also gave me a choice of different colors for the bow. Very satisfied with this location.

This is my favourite place to buy clothing! The owner is really friendly and always helps give advice on what looks good! The clothing is really great quality, I have shirts from there that I wear really often that have lasted me YEARS! Every time I wear a shirt or a dress that I got from here I get complimented on how cute it is! Definitely would recommend stopping by!

These guys are awesome! I'm definitely not an easy customer because I'm awful at making decisions and take a long time in general. I went in with a few bags in mind, but my SA (Cynthia) showed me every style and every color of those styles to make sure I ended up buying exactly what I wanted! There isn't any negative attitude I often get from luxury stores, and everyone is totally there to help you find your perfect bag!

We went to Kate Spade Square One to look for a shoe, and was told that Kate Spade Sherway Gardens had stock. We requested the color silver for a specific model to be put on hold and that we would purchase it at Kate Spade Shereay Gardens location. Upon arriving, we told the sales representitive that we had put a pair of shoes on hold. She went to the back and got the shoes. Upon asking to see if it was the correct shoe and color, the sales representative CLEARLY appeared to be irritated and did not want to show the shoes to us to verify. Upon inspection, the shoes were of the wrong color. We asked if they had the correct color and size, and was told that inventory was already scanned in, and could not sell the shoes, as the day was done per inventory schedule. The time was 3:30 P.M. The store closes at 6:00 P.M. Unprofessional and irrational sales representative. Could not sell a shoe that was in stock in the back? Please tell me that makes sense. Bear in mind we were not rude nor aggressive to this sales representative.
Corrective action needs to take place at this location, as of the three times we came here, on different occasions, we were treated poorly.

I had a very pleasant experience today at the store. The manager Marlene took a lot of time assisting me as well as the other salesperson working. They were very willing to help me with an online order. I ended up assisting with a purchase I made in store. I must say this was a far better experience than the one I had at the Yorkdale store. I would visit here again.

i had an awful experience with the two managers at this store. i went in to return an item and the managers were VERY rude to me. the first one i spoke to was accusing me for something and was challenging me over it, and the other one raised her voice at me and gave me attitude, yet had the audacity to say “i hope i was able to give you a better experience”. i am never ever going into this kate spade store again. the only reason why i am giving a rating of one star is because i did end up returning the item.

This Aritzia always disappoints in terms of their stock and the organization of the store. Frequently this location is packed with shoppers and clothing is disheveled.

Wonderful store....the owner took care of me from start to finish. In and out in no time with a new summer outfit. Beautiful selection of clothes and accessories and stellar service. A true gem!

Joe Fresh is a good location if you're looking for well made merchandise at a fair price. Pros also include a fairly wide selection of clothing and accessories, from decent quality sunglasses to swimwear and beyond. Also from experience I have found the layout to be easy to navigate. Another thing Joe Fresh excels at is comfort throughout their product line. All in all my visits have always worked out without any issues. For this reason I would highly recommend this location. ✬✬✬✬✬

Loved the atmosphere of this location which seems to be a refurbished old church. The store is well lit and so bright which fits the items they sell.
The bowls, cups and utensil area always has gorgeous and unique items. We ended up leaving with a new bowl set.
However, if you are smaller than average and wear a 0 or 00 in most stores Anthropologie probably won't have much that will fit you. While I love their styles more items are ill fitting and baggy (even when they aren't supposed to be baggy).

Very friendly place. This place didn't feel like a typical store at all. It was bright and lively with a lot of friendly faces. I ended up buying bracelets for friends, for my wedding!
