One of my favorite places for chicken burgers anywhere, wish we had ogala in the US
Chicken burger with two patties - both were quite chewy / rubbery and did not taste freshly grilled

Ordered twice from this place. First time the chips had no salt, no big deal. burger was good.
Second time
- extra burnt chips ( asked for crispy)
They adjusted the price of my order and increased it because I asked for extras (I did not).
All I asked was for a burger spicy (it wasn't extra spicy) and it definitely doesn't cost $1 to make hot ogalo burger spicy.
Would never order from this place again.

Easily the best Ogalos I've been too. The hot jumbo ogalo burger, is fresh, the chicken is hot, the chips are crisp, and they are generous with the chilli sauce if you ask for extra. It is clear that the people who run his place have a high standard of quality they stand by. 10/10
I’ve been a fan of Ogalo for over two decades with unfortunately a lot of franchisees of late having run down stores, discrepancies in food quality and lacking customer service. I however have nothing but love and admiration however for Ogalo Frenchs Forest. The team are hospitable, lovely and their food quality is always consistent. They are the perfect ambassadors for the Ogalo brand. Keep up the good work.
Had the plain Ogalo Burger, the food is hot and fresh, and it is cooked when you order it is not lying around for an hour like other restaurants.
Food and chips are very good, the manager and staff are always friendly.
Big bonus is that it is open quite late

Service is always fantastic. I come here often and get the jumbo burger meal. I call to place an order and arrive and my food is ready every single time. Nice and hot, fresh, and tastes fantastic. The guy there who I am assuming is the owner is extremely polite and you can tell her cares. 100% recommend
