Myeisha Furr NP is an amazing provider. She values your input and you feel like partners versus a number. She is thorough and looks at your wellness through the lens as a whole person. The office staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

No one every answers the phone. I've been a patient here for less than a year and I've tried to call the office 4-5 times for a referral request or to make an appointment and I've literally had to drive over to the office to be able to talk with someone. I've waited on hold multiple times for over 30 minutes. It's completely ridiculous.

The Doctor's are very slow when seeing you. For example if I schedule for a appointment at 8am. They don't see me until 8:45am. Also, if I need a referral or paperwork completed. They don't inform you when it's ready to pick up. Very unprofessional.

As a Potomac Physicians Patient for the last 10 years, I can say, without a doubt, this location is the worst. I will say it's in a great location, and always seems to have last minute appointment slots, which is nice when you're not feeling well and need to see someone quickly, but I'm now starting to understand why they are always so "open"- their service is terrible. It is nearly impossible to have doctors or nurse practitioners call you back in reference to medicine concerns, lab results or prescription needs. The office staff even remarks "oh they still haven't called you" when you call to leave another message for your provider. I've been to much busier locations throughout the years, Bel Air Potomac Physicians specifically, and I never have an issue with provider-patient communication like I have consistently had here. Its extremely disappointing as this office has the potential to be better.

I have had nothing but a HORRIBLE experience at Potomac Physicians! I find Lucy Tong to be incredibly condescending and basically unfit to be in the medical field. She comes across as completely judgemental when asking personal questions relating to my medical history and I have even heard her talking about me with other staff. She is also horrible at refill requests, so if you need a prescription don’t even bother asking. She made me come in every single time I needed a refill even though I have been taking both the medications I needed refilled for years (one of which being birth control which put me at risk for pregnancy). As for the receptionists, I’ve found them to be completely unhelpful and oftentimes rude. Whenever I call I am usually put on hold for a solid 20-25 minutes and then when one of the receptionists finally answers it’s like I’m wasting their time. If you want good medical care, please go elsewhere. You won’t find it here.

Called over several weeks and doctor won't reply the message or call back. Been there with the facilities for years, and as soon as they switched a doctor, they started to charge wellness even though it's 100% covered by insurance, the insurance and office coordinator kept telling me the new doctor Lucy Tong put in the wrong code, but she won't ever response or call back, her attitude is horrible! They lose me will never go back to there anymore

Dr Moye is Amazing, the staff act like they don't want to work half the time... I've asked 3 times for them to fax my sons vaccine records to his school within a 3 week period, silly of me to think that they actually did it,. They never faxed it. I live an hour away from them and they couldn't even do this one thing for me. Today I'm receiving an email from the school threatening to put my son out of school. And I know for a fact that he told them to fax it because I spoke to Dr. M, ... I wish I could separate the rating between staff and doctor. smh UGH!
