Excellent staff and maintenance. Rents are higher than average due mainly to local college area. Five day grace period from date rent due. Drop box for playing and pdf receipt. Openings fill quicky.

Overall terrible expierence trying to rent from this place. They are very unorganized and for some reason are never available either by phone or in their office. The lady that’s supposed to be working in the office is very unprofessional and rude. This company also takes advantage of those who are not business-savvy by explaining leasing contracts incorrectly. They have not once come over to fix issues with the place and won’t even inform a tenant when locks have been changed. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Rent at your own will, and read all the small print.
