Again got given an appointment to see the pharmacist and from receptionist to pharmacist I don't think they could have been more helpful every time I call or visit I seem to receive 100% service including Doctors appointment

I had my appointment for my 22 months old at 10:15 and know its 10:48 and we haven't been call yet . Every body that arrived after us they already be in. I've ask the reception what's going on and she keep telling me 'You will be next '. Now I'm trying to keep my baby awake as is already nap time . Very disappointed 😡😡

Probably one of the worst surgeries that I have been registered with. Had a surgery on Monday and was advised by the doctors to get the dressing changed within 48 hours. 2 days of long wait time on the phone system and just been told that they do not have a nurse's appointment until about 12 days later. Why run a surgery and get paid for each patient, if you cannot provide the care they need? Not enough nurses, not enough people to handle calls. Just de-register patients and let them go to better surgeries and give back the money NHS pays you
Complete waste of time trying to get anything sorted from this GP practice. Might as well go private GP, which I am gonna do

Zero if I can. Staff need training. unable to give nurse appointment 48 hours after surgery to get dressing changed. Asked to go Minor injuries unit after a 2 hour wait there, was told to go to the Surgical Assessment Unit.
Did the phone staff at the surgery not know this and give proper guidance.? Wasted my time waiting because, of untrained staff and lack of staff at the surgery. Complete SHAM

So today being Wednesday and the website showing all surgeries are open till 6pm. Why doesn't anyone answer the phone at kennet or millman. Pathetic! The machine recording states staff are away at training. But we are open from 12.30. It's now 13.17 and phone lines are still closed. Come on, where's the leadership to run a decent clinic. Awful awful AWFUL! Clearly the changes haven't worked and it's even more down hill than ever!!! ZERO STARS

Disgusting, rude & Pathetic .we went for an immunisation for our 2 months old and was seen but this asian/philipino lady who gave our baby injections.Never have we ever come across someone so rude and unhelpful person. I work in health Industry aswell and am very well aware of the importance of being kind and polite with those who chose to avail the medical services an organisationprovide.we/patients dowork hard and always pay our taxes and should be treated with dignity. The superior doctors should make sure that their staff is well trained and polite.let me give you an example how rude that lady was .my Mrs asked her something which she didn't quiet get and the lady said why were you not listening when I told you first 😑 she was also very rude towards me .gave me looks for i don'tknow why 🤔.initially i thought to confront her than i thought what is the point as we were already concerned about our baby's health and didn'twant baby'sappoint to by jeopardise.needless to say,such a bitter experience it was !someone should take notice.thank you very much

Dr Mittal replied to a review I put on the NHS site apologising for the phone system, adding they were updating in new year.
Missing the point by a mile, Dr Mittal seems to think that solves that the issues.
The problems are one can't get an appointment, indifferent staff badly trained and out of their depth.
A non caring partnership of Dr's running 3 surgeries very badly blaming equipment.
Vulnerable patients left to die, who can navigate 16th in the queue for over an hour to be told there are no appointments.
I have left now because I was so ill I needed a Dr urgently but couldn't get an appointment. I couldn't look forward to one more day trying to get an appointment. I have 16th in the queue tattooed in my brain and maybe an hour trying to get a line as they were all engaged.
Their response; come to the surgery to make an appointment, cost to me £40 for 4 taxi journeys.
Uncaring, unable, indifferent.
