Union Place

Can everyone agree to stop leaving tour reviews? PLEASE.

People want to know what it’s like to LIVE here. Let me help out..

Pros:
large units (even studios) and if you’re lucky you’ll get a huge walk-in closet.

Cons:

-Thinnest walls I’ve ever experienced. I can hear my neighbors cough, sneeze, flush their toilets, talk on the phone etc. Can also hear the person above me pace back and forth daily. It’s extremely frustrating.

-Parking - they charge $200 a month but don’t secure the garage. Very easy to sneak in, people do it every single day. This has led to frequent theft and break ins. (Which management never tells you about, I find out from neighbors)

-Pest Issues- pest control has been out almost weekly at this point, but management is not sharing why. I’ve asked around and it seems roaches and mice have recently become a growing issue on some floors.

-Amenities: the gym, rooftop, and pool are way too small for a building with this many residents. I don’t even bother going to the rooftop when it’s nice out because there is simply not enough room. Gym is often crowded and I have to wait for what I want to use.

-Cost: there are much better deals and promos for brand new buildings in the neighborhood ..just move there.

My place is wonderful and fills all my needs. The maintenance in the building is remarkable. I have lived here for two years now and have never had a problem that hasn't been solved by maintenance at once. I am impressed also by the cleaning crew. The building is very well kept.

I had the pleasure of visiting Union Place a week ago, and Danae really gave a beautiful tour. She was very knowledgeable and courteous and went the extra mile. I left with the feeling of, I need to make a decision and soon ! Not because she was pushy, but the overall building reminds me of the Hale , in looks. But when you are looking for space, longevity, they got beat. Beautiful building, though. I am looking forward to getting the process started.

My husband and I have truly enjoyed our experience at Union Place. If we weren't relocating to another state, we would have absolutely renewed our lease. Union Place is by far our favorite place we have ever lived. Great amenities, package handling, location, parking, and most importantly, THE STAFF. Tazz was one of the primary reasons we signed our lease here to begin with. Whether it be management, leasing, front desk, or maintenance, you are in great hands when living in this building. Thank you all for your collective effort to make this a joyous experience start to finish.

Toured Union Place recently and had an amazing tour by Danae Clary. She was extremely knowledgeable and made the tour fun. I felt comfortable and right at home at the property thanks to how welcoming the team is. Danae was great with following up with me and making sure all my questions were acknowledged. I look forward to hopefully calling Union Place home soon!

I've been living at Union place for 2 years going on my third, and I cannot stress how happy I am! The location is great, and the neighborhood has all there is to offer. But more importantly, the building feels like home. It feels cozy but also luxurious. The staff truly couldn't be better. Tazz from the leasing department was one of the best leasing agents I have ever encountered. She was not only helpful and informational but also kind and honest. Unlike other apartment buildings union place an elevated lifestyle experience, and it's all thanks to one remarkable individual - Tazz!
