REVA has been an incredible place to live. The team is very friendly and does a great job informing residents on upcoming events and updates. Maintenance is always on top of keeping the building safe and clean.

I recently had the pleasure of touring Reva Rahway Luxury Apartments, and while I ultimately decided to stick with my current apartment due to a better lease rate, I couldn't be happier with the experience I had during my visit. The community itself is inviting, well-maintained, and filled with amenities that cater to a variety of interests. Their leasing agent, Kyle, made the experience even more memorable, showcasing a genuine passion for their work and a commitment to assisting potential residents in finding their ideal homes. Kyle was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and transparent about pricing. Though I found a better rate elsewhere, I'd recommend Reva Rahway Luxury Apartments and its dedicated team to anyone in search of a fantastic living space.

We absolutely love living here! When I toured Reva, I instantly knew I wanted to live here. The whole team is incredible, if you have questions, you get such a quick response. If you put in a maintenance order, it is addressed immediately. The building is quiet but management does a great job hosting events here and there to bring people together. Location to the train station is amazing and our apartment is beyond what we expected it to be. Thank you to the Reva team for making this place so awesome!

Lived here two years and were the first in our unit. Building is well-kept and staff / maintenance are always responsive to our needs. Shared spaces are extremely nice and a great place when having family and friends over.

Beautiful facility with great amenities, however the elevators are CONSISTENTLY broken multiple times a week, along with the garage doors. Makes things EXTREMELY inconvenient; playing musical elevators just to get into your own apartment can be a 15 minute ordeal at times. No matter how many times I reach out, no one seems to have any answers about it. It seems like this issue has been going on for over a year now, based on other reviews. I've lived in MANY apartment complexes and this is the first time I've ever seen this. We all pay WAY too much in rent to have to deal with something as ridiculous as this.

My boyfriend and I took a tour in the summer of 2020. Let's just say we fell in love with the property. It was clean, sophisticated and was 2 blocks away from the NJ Transit. At the time they were offering 2 months free to use in the beginning of your lease and allowed us to hold the apartment for 2 1/2 months until we were ready to move in.

We moved in August 2020 and from that day on we noticed some unpleasant surprises about the property.

- The gym was closed for 2 months with no amenity fee reimbursement. I did over hear that they are now over no amenity fee to new residents.
- The amenities closes at 7pm everyday because the maintenance staff leaves work at 7pm. This does not give the residents who work from home late or travel from work enough time to enjoy the amenities.
- The apartment appliances and paint on the walls are cheap. Our cabinet door in the bathroom suddenly came off, the paint on the walls are easily damaged with 1 touch and our shower faucet broke while I was taking a shower.
- the bedroom door constantly becomes loose and squeaky.
-There is not enough guest parking.
- The elevators are ALWAYS broke you have to walk through the garage to get out the building.
- you have to pay an extra amenity fee for the business center. (Non sound proof private rooms, and this amenity fee can be added at anytime but not removed).
- if you don't live on the top floor, you will hear your neighbors foot steps above you. Which is very disturbing.
- While in the business center, I can hear the weights from the gym banging from the first floor. Mind you the business center is on the second floor.
-The management experience can be much better.

The maintenance team RJ and Kevin makes this experience worth it because they are always helping and making sure the residents are comfortable.

Some Pros to the building are:

- Luxe package system
- the residents
- transportation
-A lot of cabinet space
- Quiet
- The apartment is not half bad, one of the nicest apartments I have seen.
- A few great restaurants and stores in the neighborhood.
- Linden Clark and Elizabeth is 5 minutes away and you have access to ShopRite, Target, Starbucks, Homegoods, Wholefoods and other great stores.
-The trash rooms are surprisingly clean.

Have been living here for a few months now. Brand new. Beautifully designed and decorated inside the common spaces. The interiors feature finishes and subtle touches that live up to the luxury label. The maintenance is excellent: consistent, reliable, and responsive. The building is maintained very well with attention to detail: the trash rooms here smell better than the hallways of some other apartments in Rahway. Quiet.

Yes, we have some gripes: they’re trying to secure additional parking so that more residents can have two cars, but it sounds like the fault lies with the city dragging its feet, so can’t blame REVA for that. On the whole, we highly recommend living here — especially with the 2 months off special!
