No one helpful except Sherifa . When you need help they put me on hold for at least 20 minutes afew times and then you don’t get what you need . this officer will west your time and energy and end up with no help it’s really bad customer service no one care except Sherifa . Very disappointed

When you call them be ready to be on hold for 40 minutes or more to find someone to help you is very disappointing

I had a great experience with Dr. Sepe and the family practice besides the woman at the front desk being super rude to me. However, Dr Sommers had a hard time listening to me and for some reason she assumed I wanted some narcotics. I don’t know why. I feel like I was being bullied into taking the medication she recommended. I have reached out to Patient Care Advocates, it’s a been a week and no response.

Docs and staff are typically great. But I always have issues getting in touch - it feels like they almost never answer the phones. Yet when I am there, they clearly do. Understaffed and/overworked? Not sure.

It's hard to give a good review to a good place when it's so very difficult to contact them. Especially how important that is for a doctor's office.

I am a current patient of this practice. I need a referral for my 20 week anatomy scan and I am trying to make an appt so I can get that taken care of. The joke is on me because there is no possible way to make an appt. I try through my temple health portal, nothing. I call and I get hung up on. This is outrageous. I'm just going to show up to the office to get what I need and switch to a practice who cares about helping me get in to be seen. This has been 1 month of me attempting to get in. I'm done.

Dr. Sepe is fantastic. When she switched practices a few years ago, I followed her to Temple Health. She is thorough, thoughtful and doesn't rush the appointment. Every person on the medical staff that I've dealt with was professional and kind. I do agree with other reviews that the staff at reception can be rude and I've definitely heard unprofessional behavior and tone to other patients when I'm waiting. I'm always surprised when the same people are working the desk and that no one has been let go.

I've been coming here for years to see Dr. Gail Sullivan. Everyone is very kind and courteous in this office. Dr. Sullivan is knowledgeable and caring. I am requesting my general practitioner to be at this location also. I have never once had a problem with the front desk or any clerical issues.
