Really liked this small RV park. About 15 sites or so, well managed, washrooms and showers are pristine. Owners super friendly and living next to the park. No pool or fancy amenities but quiet and well placed. 40$/night with full hookup, so a good deal. Will come back if in the area.

Awesome little RV park. Full hookups with level sites. Private bathrooms that are the cleanest I have seen in any RV park. Showers are super hot with great pressure. Very close to downtown Roswell. Carlsbad Caverns is just a day trip away. The owners are fantastic people. You can tell they put their heart and soul into this place. We stayed here twice while in the area, and will return when we are in the area again.

Really nice people and a well thought out park. Loved all the room to walk the dogs.
They were nice enough to accommodate our extra vehicles.
The only downside was the highway noise- nothing the park could do about it but be aware the traffic is pretty loud most of the night.
Would definitely return.
Thanks!

Red Barn RV Park was the absolute best place we have stayed. The owner, Leigh, is kind and extremely helpful in every way. There are obviously many people that have stayed there before and keep coming back from what we saw in the time we were there. It is off the highway, with tall fences that make you believe you are in your own little country setting. Completely pet friendly, each RV space has its own good size grassy area, YES grass! She has planted trees and flowers over the years for shade and just to make it look nice. You feel very at home in this place. It’s just a must, to go a stay and see for yourself. We will be going back anytime we are near there. But be sure and call to see if you can get in. It’s just that great of a place to stay.

This is one of the best RV parks i've ever stayed at! It is so cute. The barn is truly a barn office. Lee. The lady who runs it is amazing! She helped us with early check-in when we had driven through the night. They're nice patch of grass between each spot. Each comes with a picnic table and to finish off the farm a motif. There is a white stable fencing that looks out too a field. It's very peaceful and great for stargazing. I saw the closest shooting star ever here. Of course I made a wish! They even answered our phone call before 8:00. A.m.! And the dumpster is painted with beautiful flowers. Not a nice sore. Not mad about it!

Really great! All the other reviews are accurate. Lee, the owner, is wonderful. She has made this RV park homey with an adorable area inside the barn that has a book exchange, DVDs, honor system snacks and drinks, a washer and dryer that takes quarters ($3 and $2, I believe), and large, private bathrooms with a shower, one men's and one women's. Being a smaller lot, the sites are pretty close to each other. Not an issue, but just letting you know! And there was a bit of traffic noise at times which is expected when you aren't far off the beaten path. It's convenient, clean and charming with full hookups backing to an alfalfa field. Also, it is very close to a lovely wildlife refuge with stunning views that is full of Snow Geese and other migratory birds. So nice! We shall return!
