Fantastic experience, Daniel McNair is next level! He is an elite trainer with exceptional overall knowledge in both nutrition and sports specific dynamic training. I highly recommend Boca Fitness and Wellness for anyone that wants to maximize their skill-set in any sport, regardless of age or ability. Give him a shot and you won’t be disappointed!!
I absolutely love the Boca Fitness and Wellness studio! The beach studio setting is perfect, and being next to the beach adds such a calming atmosphere to my workouts. Coach J has been phenomenal in teaching me how to incorporate balance, stability, and flexibility into my routine. Not only that, but the nutrition guidance I've received has truly improved my health and lifestyle. I'm grateful for the support and guidance from Coach J and the entire team at BFW. Thank you for having me, and I can't wait for my next visit!

Danny is the most amazing trainer I've ever worked with. He has a true gift! If you're thinking about hiring a trainer, he nor any of the trainers will disappoint.
