CORE Real Estate

I've been working with this company for a while as an agent and have had a great experience with them. This is a very supportive environment and they encourage us to do whatever we need to do to help our clients, which is important. I read a couple of reviews a couple of others left where they reference names of people that aren't even associated with the firm so I wonder if they have mistaken it for another firm. My experience with CORE has been a great one!

Worked with Patrick Dunn, was very helpful through the entire home buying process and followed up with me to ensure I was happy with my home! Totally would work with him again.

I was a client of Taruna Sharma with CORE Real Estate in early 2020. As a first time home buyer and someone unfamiliar with the New York City real estate market, I am glad that I was able to work with Taruna. Taruna was always responsive, professional, and was well qualified. She helped me find a property that I am still very happy with and it was well within a comfortable budget. She helped me schedule viewings at a number of places and was able to navigate different neighborhoods within New York City with ease. I would recommend her as a real estate to friends.

Be careful with who you work with, some of their agents do not have your best interests in mind and are only concerned with getting their commission...one agent (P. Crosby) even demands a broker’s fee before reaching closing/signing the lease... also management, esp. A. Sherman, knows about some of their agent’s inappropriate business procedures and do whatever they can to protect the agent, rather than finding remedies for the client. Stay away.

Awful people. Overpriced listings. Arrogant.

Terrible customer service. Expect the broker to blow you off the moment she gets the compensation. In my experience, I worked with Gabi (Gabrielle) Wuhl. After the lease was signed, it was pulling teeth to get her to follow through and complete the rest of the agreement. She even lectured me about how she did me a favor by "going out of her way on a Saturday" to give me the keys to my apt - which my fiancé and I have signed and put down the deposit for (!) I wonder if this commission worker knows she's a commission worker. It always baffles me how ugly and lazy people manage to get in -- and get by, especially in this type of industry. I would give this business a zero star if I can. Never again.
